Today I had the worst service at this Bank of America branch. A month ago, I went to this bank to close a secondary savings account. I waited for more than an hour to be attended to, and the man at the front desk sent me to the teller, telling me they would close the account there. At the teller, they confirmed that my account had been closed at that moment.
Today, while reviewing my account, I noticed a negative balance in the account that was supposed to have been closed. So, I went to the bank, and at the front desk, “the manager” told me that tellers are not supposed to close accounts and that this is done by specialists. She mentioned there’s a waiting list for specialists, and only one person was attending to it.
How is it possible that I have to deal with something that should have been resolved a month ago, and the only response I get from “the manager” is that I have to wait and that she can’t do anything else about it? How is it possible that a bank with a presence across the country doesn’t have consistent information, where one employee says one thing, and another contradicts it? It is disrespectful to customers, wasting their time and causing unnecessary frustration.

Lines of people. 2 tellers working who take hours per customer. Been in line for 45 minutes. Absurd.

I just stood 10 minutes in line to be told that I need to be in another line. I'm okay with that. I need to see a banker just to change my PIN number. This is a new account and I wanted to have access to my money through the ATM. I walked up to Carlos who is sitting there in his office with no one in his chair. I asked him can he set the pin number. He says is it for a business account I tell him no it's not but I am a doing business with Bank of America. He refused to set up a pen. I know it does not take but a few seconds to log in and change a PIN number. Please do not patronize this particular bank.
Update today is November 19th I went to another location in Coral Gables Florida and I was able to be helped by Marco who took all of 5 minutes to get my PIN reactivated. Thanks Coral Gables for handling what should have been handled in Miami.

The worst Bank of America that I have ever been. The attention was extremely slow, the persona that they assigned us to help didn't even know what he was doing. He made us lost our time for around 30min to tell us that we have to wait for 1hour or more to be helped by a banker. After waiting for a long time we asked how longer we had to wait and they answered that if we don't want to wait we can do the transaction by ourselves... I don't know if they were making fun of us or they completely forgot that the reason why we came to the bank was because we were having problems with the card. Horrible experience, never coming here again.

This location is amazing! They’ve only ever given me great customer service. I also want to give a specific shout out to Victor Parnel who is the best financial solutions advisor I have ever met. Highly recommended

I usually avoid going to the bank, preferring to manage everything online to escape long lines and wait times, and the often lackluster energy from employees. However, I found myself at this Bank of America branch today because my usual branch couldn’t assist with a few issues I needed resolved.
Despite being a walk-in with no appointment and the branch being quite busy with many customers, I have never experienced such efficient and effective customer service at a bank before. I needed help with multiple accounts, including both personal and business, and within 30 minutes, four different employees had assisted me. There was even a moment when one of the employees needed the manager’s approval, and I was amazed at how quickly the manager, Yunely, responded.
As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand the effort it takes to provide excellent customer service, and I can recognize when it’s being delivered to me. Today was like a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service at Bank of America. You’ve definitely earned a regular customer in me!

This is by worse the worse Bank of America in this area the older gentlemen that is bald in the front is super rude and unprofessional! The way he treated me and instead of calling me ma’am he kept calling me a man or sir!! Super unprofessional! I have never felt so small or belittle at a bank firm in my life. Instead of helping me with my problem he didn’t seem to care at all extremely rude! Unprofessional

Waited more than an hour to ask a simple question. And left nobody helped me. Went to chase - they helped me IMMEDIATELY. I was using bofa for a 6 years and probably it’s time to change it for a normal bank. Really upset

Drive thru ATMs are often down (touch screen non-responsive). 1 machine has been down from 4/1 thru today 4/5. Unfortunately, the green light is on so there is no way to tell if it's working till you try. Surely the folks who service the ATM should have noticed that no transactions are posted from that ATM.Even worse, there are homeless people who know the ATM isn't working, bang on your car window, and "offer" to accompany you to the lobby ATM so you can give them cash.

I'm concerned for the employees at this location. The bank smells terribly of VOCs probably expelled by the security plexiglass. This cannot be good for their health
