Waited more than an hour to ask a simple question. And left nobody helped me. Went to chase - they helped me IMMEDIATELY. I was using bofa for a 6 years and probably it’s time to change it for a normal bank. Really upset

Drive thru ATMs are often down (touch screen non-responsive). 1 machine has been down from 4/1 thru today 4/5. Unfortunately, the green light is on so there is no way to tell if it's working till you try. Surely the folks who service the ATM should have noticed that no transactions are posted from that ATM.Even worse, there are homeless people who know the ATM isn't working, bang on your car window, and "offer" to accompany you to the lobby ATM so you can give them cash.

I'm concerned for the employees at this location. The bank smells terribly of VOCs probably expelled by the security plexiglass. This cannot be good for their health

There is always a long line here, for years no matter which day or time. 8 windows, 1-3 average open at a time. Luckily the atm always works.

The manager does not give solutions. is a person incapable of offering any help to the customer. very limited in what she does and rude. You can't make fun of a customer when he comes to the bank.

They do not answer the phones you cannot schedule any kind of appointments. Need new management at this location. It’s a joke.Regarding there comment , thanks for telling me it’s not a call center. I know when I type a number who I am calling. When I came in person, I seen two people available so I don’t understand why no one is answering phones , as you say that you are helping customers answering phone lines is a part of that too, so do your job proper

One of the drive thru ATMs has been INOP for several days now. If you go here at night, watch out for apparently homeless people sleeping or pretending to sleep adjacent to the drive thru ATMs, sometimes so close to the machine that their feet are in the driveway making it difficult or impossible to pull up close to the ATM. It is not advisable to use the drive thrus when these people are hanging out there, as you don't know what they're likely to do when you get cash. They may be panhandling or up to something much worse. Be safe and go around to the inside ATMs that require you to have a card to open the door.

I have been a customer of Bank of America for over 10 years and I must say in this branch I have received so far one the best customer service ever.The branch manager Yunely Alfonso is beyond exceptional, she take care of every detail of any of your needs. This is definitely my Bank of America branch for ever.

I had lost my debit card and was not able to request a new one through the app because it doesn't work on my phone. Rukiya took all the time to understand the problem and immediately knew what to do. Together with her manager she put all the effort into helping me as a customer in this difficult situation. Will definitely come here every time I need help with my account!

Most disorganised bank ever! Slow clerks! Rude people cutting in line and no security to manage order!!! In a bank!
