I’m not shocked that this place has such a low rating. No one properly communicates to you what line you’re supposed to be in - only until after you’ve waited for over 20 minutes to be helped.“We’ll be right with you” more like they’ll be helping you hours later.You’re better off going somewhere else to get serviced or change for your business. Avoid this bank at all costs!

This location is accessible and has free parking. An appointment is required. The service is great each and every time I go there for my business banking needs.

Been coming here 3 years, now and it’s terrible every time even for simple things. One of the tellers is creepy af too. The other ones seemingly have no grasp of the concept of customer service. This is the restrained version of this review.

Alexa Fuentes from BofA Brickel is the most spectacular person we ever met for client like me, gave me spectacular customer service, she is knowledgeable, patient and very nice, l am so happy!!!

30 minutes to make a cash deposit. Employees doing nothing, talking between them like there is no line of 20 people waiting…..BOA cannot be worst

Very busy location but the staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone smiles and doesn't seem to get frustrated with all the traffic. Jose Mendez is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Needed a new debit card so I came in person so I wouldn't have to wait the mail for it. Even though on the app it says I could get one in person the manager said they haven't had that policy since October 2021 and was very rude about it. Couldn't be bothered to even tell me goodbye and have a nice day and just turned around and walked off talking to someone else.

This location is a nightmare in terms of waiting time. It’s 1 to 1.5h everytime. You can see staff walking around, customers waiting, nobody cares. Terrible terrible location

Live nearby but never choose to come here. 1st time I was here, the teller was so rude and i walked out and went to another branch and closed my personal account with BoA. Second time I came here, waited over an hour in the line while employees walking around and looking themselves like they are busy. Now I'm closing all my accounts. Bye rude people

I was there for literally less than 10 minutes and the bank clerks were rude for no reason. The customer service is awful.

This branch’s customer services are below average. The manager repeatedly deceived stating that they would serve us in a minute. Later, he announced that they would be able to assist in 45 minutes. I waited for more than one hour and half but no assistance came to help. It’s just illogical for the bank to have unprofessional services for people who come to place money in their accounts. BoA has to seriously review their customer services priorities.

Thia is a poor representation of BOA. Fully staff. Yet the employee feel it is more important to talk about what they will be having for lunch than helping anyone. I happy I play in the NBA. I will talk my million else where.
