First time at Banner Tires and it was an excellent experience. I was referred to Tom by a friend and neighbor, and I’m glad I was. Tom actually listened when I explained that I had purchased an asset protection warranty policy for the tires on my pickup truck. I needed a licensed establishment to assess the damage, determine whether the tire should be repaired or replaced, and handle the claim filing.
Tom asked all the right questions, gathered the necessary information, and made the entire process simple and stress-free for me as the customer. A seamless experience thanks to a knowledgeable professional and a trustworthy establishment.

$1000 went down the drain because my car was not professionally diagnosed and examined. Replaced a radiator when the radiator wasn’t the issue . I left with the car having the same issues. Don’t take your car here. They will play the guessing game and just take your money.

Our family has been serviced by Banner Tires owned by the Kennedy brothers Tom and Al for so many years, it all started after their father passed. The auto business wasn’t in this current place but on the other side of US1. We all were very young and just starting out with our new families. I would never think of taking my car to any other auto repair shop. I only trust the Kennedy’s. Nothing can happen to them. If so I’ll be so heart broken.
They are worth everything that you pay for and more. Thank you Tom and Al and all your staff over these many years of service.

Great auto repair shop. Fair prices. Explain what was found and what needs to be replaced to resolve your issue as well as an approximate cost (if nothing else was found) during the repair. I'll continue to have my auto repairs done here.

Excellent service, again today. Had a minor emergency which the team dealt with efficiently. Great coffee bar (Kurig), neat and comfortable waiting area. Or take a walk a block away to Golden Rule (seafood) for an appetizer and a cold drink. The best place for tires and service in south Dade.

BE VERY AWARE!
Just left from changing my tires, balancing and alignment.
WAS TOLD 1 PRICE AND RECEIVED HIGHER BILL.
WAS TOLD 2 HOURS WAITED 6 hours!!!!!
WAS TOLD IT IS $250 plus tax, no more than $300 out the door and in 2 hours we will be done.
Balance, mount new tires and alignment.
AFTER 6 hours it’s time to pay and the guy says $415. I asked where did the difference come from and he says, that was the price from the start.
WATCH OUT PEOPLE AND BE VERY VERY CLEAR !

This shop was recommended to me by Betty from Alec's Trucks and RV. I needed a wheel alignment for our 2022 Entegra Vision Coach. I contacted them and Gene had me come in at 7 am the following day. We are the original owners of our coach, and it has had alignment issues since day one. We took it back to La Mesa RV in Ft. Meyers the first time, but they never got it right. The guys at Banner Tire Pros-South really took their time looking into the problem and found it was primarily a manufacturer design issue. They took the time to explain to me the issue. They were able to finally do the job correctly, something that the manufacturer and La Mesa RV could not do. I recommend these guys for any RV repair work or any vehicle in general. They are very professional and will even listen to your stories (see Gene for that). You will not go wrong taking your vehicle to them!

So big shout out to Tom, Gene and the crew! We took our rv for an alignment and these guys gave it there all to get the issue fixed before they could even do an alignment. Unfortunately there was a flaw from manufacture. These guys were attentive and took the time to explain each step to my husband. Highly recommend this place!
