The experience I had at BAPE has left me feeling quite disappointed. I arrived at the store 35 minutes before closing time, hoping to get some shopping done. However, I was met with a rude and unprofessional attitude from the person at the door who claimed they were already closed. There was no explanation given, no eye contact made, and overall a complete lack of respect for a customer. It was quite disheartening to see the level of disregard and apathy displayed towards clients. Upon reading other reviews, it seems that the employees at this store may be struggling with their own dissatisfaction and negative feelings. It's truly sad to see this kind of behavior in a professional setting.

I arrived at the store at 6:50 and they didn't let me in. Very bad treatment. They don't know how to treat a customer. I won't go anymore. They should close the store in Miami to see if they lose their jobs and learn to treat a customer who is going to spend. your money there

The staff inside the store is really cool but can’t say the same about the guard who is outside. By the idea of looking like someone intimidating he’s just mean to people, not cool. Just ruins the mood when you just want to look at clothes. Also why I can’t take pics inside, maybe I liked something I want to buy it tomorrow.

I came here as a special trip on vacation, I’m a big Nigo fan and was excited to see this store. First thing, they have to let you in… like a Rolex store or something, very weird. When we walked up, they wouldn’t come to the door so we had to circle around the block looking for another entrance. The begrudgingly let us in, nobody talked to us in that way that says “please leave”. I complied and left within 5 mins. I think Nigo would be embarrassed knowing this streetwear shop operates like some cool kid club. Discouraging and made me feel bad. Not cool enough I suppose!

Personally I would never visit or purchase anything from here again. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The girl who we asked for help did not even look us in the eyes and spoke in a quiet monotone voice the entire time. I was appalled at the customer service, the only nice and helpful person here was the security guard. Beware of this store and the employees because they honestly need to take a class to learn customer service skills immediately. Worst customer service in all of Design District! Listen to the bad reviews!

I had a amazing experience at the Bape store and if there was a 6 stars ? ? ? ? ? ? I would mark it. From managerial, all stock persons, and all salesperson were all awesome. I will come back to shop here again. Thank u all!!

WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. All the salespeople looked like they worked at The Walking Dead, they don't look at your face, they treat you badly, they take off their clothes so you don't look, the air conditioning is extremely cold, logically enough for people to leave. I know that these stores attract curious people who don't buy anything, but apart from the security guard and the cashier, everyone treated me badly.

Always a great time when I visit the Miami Bape store. Will and Kevin’s customer service was outstanding and they really make you feel like family.

Bape Miami think it’s perfectly acceptable to keep customers standing outside in the heat as a prequel to spending silly amounts of money in its store. It was Sunday, the store was quiet and there was no reason whatsoever why we couldn’t quietly browse the store’s merchandise.When I knocked on the door, the manager came to the door while still munching on his lunch before promptly showcasing his condescending and rude attitude.I won’t spend another cent in Bape Miami and have now taken my business to more upmarket establishments where the civilised service etiquette I expect isn’t contingent upon manager mood.
