I am genuinely confused how the ratings for this store are as high as they are based on the lack of cleanliness at this location. This is by far the dirtiest Barnes & Noble I’ve ever visited, especially in the children’s area. It’s clear from the condition of the carpets and play space that they never—truly never—vacuum or sanitize.
Over the past year, we’ve given this location multiple chances, hoping for improvement, but it remains consistently filthy. We’ve wanted to let our toddler play here, but the lack of cleanliness makes it too risky, as it feels like a breeding ground for germs.
I had hoped that at some point, management would address the issue, but it’s obvious they go months without even vacuuming, let alone properly sanitizing. It’s truly disappointing.
I sincerely hope someone at Barnes & Noble takes action to improve this location, as the current state is unacceptable. We love Barnes & Noble and would love to continue supporting this store, but until cleanliness is taken seriously, we won’t be returning—and I’m sure other families feel the same.

There Starbucks is the worst. Some of the men have painted nails and wear lip stick working behind the counter and are senstive as butterflies. They will call a manager on you in a heartbeat. It takes them 20 to 30 minutes to take an order for one person because of running their mouth. What a twisted society you have today.

They have a wide selection of books and collectables, I'll give them that. I'm happy to buy a couple books, Manga and sometimes trading cards. I'm editing my review because I did not like the service I got today. The cashier obviously was sick and lost her voice so she couldn't couldn't properly explain why they imposed a limit to buying trading cards of all things. Two per customer for all booster packs. I saw a set I really liked to have bought more of but left feeling disappointed. No smile either.

Great selection of books, toys, games and even music. This store comes with it's own Starbucks, making it cozy. Do, however, keep your items close as people tend to steal them at this store.

A very nice location and they have a wonderful selection of books. The people and workers are friendly, and the women are beautiful and elegant. My only gripe is that I wish the parking lot to the Blockbuster was connected. Thank you.

My friend and I visited this location in search of a suitable space for working on our college projects, especially since public libraries are closed on Sundays. The atmosphere here is pleasant, but we were disappointed to find that there are no available outlets to charge our laptops. It would be beneficial for this place to consider adding some charging outlets in the near future.
