I bought the supplies for my son bathroom and I like the idea to buy a package . In to the package was included the bath Mirror and shower elements. At the beginning everything was looking good. But after 3 months the shower hangers start coming off and then , the hand shower broken too . I called to let them know what happen and, they star sending me department to department and after 3 month and “their evaluation” they decided to give me a part that was in guarantee but was not the part that was broken . And if a wanted another one new , I have to buy it again. And yes I did for another store more reliable and better products.Replay the answer from my review:I see you replayed my review but is not true because the installation was correct and you don’t have any reason to say that because nobody came from your store to see the situation . but the customer are the ones to see how unprofessional you are and I will open the people then they will decided.
