The leasing office has shown me exactly what kind of management they are—unprofessional, dismissive, and enabling of racism. While grieving the loss of my grandmother, who passed inside my mother’s unit, I was harassed and bullied by a resident who targeted me simply because I am a Black Haitian woman.
When I reported this hateful and disgusting behavior, instead of addressing it, the leasing office told me I would not be protected because I am not on the lease. That excuse is not only unacceptable—it’s a way of covering up their failure to protect residents and their families from harassment and discrimination.
To make matters worse, the leasing office even leaked my personal and confidential information to this same resident, which allowed her to target and harass me even more. This is not only unprofessional—it is a blatant violation of privacy, trust, and safety.
What’s even more disturbing is that the office showed no remorse or compassion whatsoever about the fact that my grandmother had passed away inside the unit. Their lack of empathy during such a painful time speaks volumes about their character and priorities.
Allowing racism to go unchecked in this community, while silencing and dismissing the victim, exposing private information, and showing no compassion for a grieving family, says everything about the values of this management team. It is shameful, heartless, and discriminatory. No one should feel unsafe or unprotected in their own community, especially while mourning the death of a loved one.

Are you kidding me? Why does this so called manager thinks she can talk to people any kind of way. She doesn’t even speak English but her rude self thinks she can talk to people any way she wants. They refused to properly fix our bathroom. Very poor maintenance. The maintenance team including the supervisor don’t speak English which makes it impossible to communicate with them. The place is infested with roaches and they paint over mildew before renting the rooms. I’m glad I finally left this place.

I got my trunk dented in at this property cuz there is a tree that’s over the stump that the camera can’t see . So they cost me on 1k in damages and didn’t want to help fix the damages at there property so don’t expect any help from leyani at there property ! Came here to visit and dented my nice car !!!!

Apparently nobody works there on the weekends , pool is closed , they don’t replaced anything appliances they try to fix it 10,000 times , every 6 months they increase the rent.

My Experience at Baywinds Apts. Has been wonderful love the complex layout and shops are close by the staff is Awesome Saray the Manager is very nice and helpful, couldn't ask for a better place to live in.

Bay Winds Apartment is a pleasant place to stay, but if you have old appliances that need replacing, you might as well forget about it. Maintenance does respond promptly to repair requests, but the management is to blame for not replacing the broken appliances. Even though they claim I'm responsible for replacing the broken parts inside the fridge, which I have done, the fridge is deteriorating rapidly, making the parts fall apart. It urgently needs to be replaced. I've requested multiple times for my refrigerator to be replaced, but every time maintenance comes, they only paint it. Despite sending an email with pictures requesting a new one, they painted it again yesterday, leaving some parts untouched and the fridge looking awful. It's frustrating to see that instead of replacing it, they continue to paint it, especially considering all the broken parts. Living in America, it's disheartening to witness this lack of proper maintenance. I'm not living in a third-world country where funds might be scarce for replacing old appliances. We pay rent, and at the very least, they should provide functional appliances.

I lived here for 5 years and still love it. Especially that there are no dogs and smoking is not allowed. Don't get me wrong, I love dogs, but not living next to me.When I have an issue, which is rare, I call and they are right here.The most recent issue was fixed before I got home.
