"I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Truist Bank. Not only did they keep me waiting for an unreasonably long time, but their staff also seemed more interested in conversing in Spanish amongst themselves rather than attending to customer needs. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against banking with Truist if you value your time and expect respectful treatment."Worst banking experience ever. Wish I could give -5 star rating.

Worst banking experience ever staff has no consideration for when your appointment is nor your time came here with my son and had to wait over two hours just to end up not being seen. Barbie the manager here needs to have more consideration and respect of other people’s time .

Oh, waited in line for 30 minutes with one teller working. Six employees here and nobody seems to care. I spoke to the branch leader who clearly could care less about the fact that all of her customers were waiting. I saw several customers walk out the door. I will be looking to move the money elsewhere.

Spoke with the branch manager in a respectful manner regarding the wait time. Body language was unfriendly and the answer received was factual with NO warmth and consideration of customer waiting time. ONLY one teller was open. I’ve decided to never visit this location again! PLEASE PLEASE consider my remarks and try any other locations!!

Poor service. Too much time waiting in line to get to the checkouts. If you want to avoid disappointment, don't go to the Truist Branch at 15725 S Dixie Hwy.I don't recommend it to anyone. Go to another Bank!

Management has not established an objective for the tellers with regards to the clients in the line. I witnessed three tellers in their window. One teller attended to 3 clients while the three had a 20 minute conversation. The other two never called up any of the clients in line. It was downright rude, inconsiderate, inconvenient, and unnecessary. I was going to bring it up to the branch leader, but she was on the phone, and I had already spent more time than I had planned.

This was the worst experience at a bank. The customer service is terrible! We made an appointment over email with Barbie over a month a head of time. Emailed for a bit. Took the day off work to go up and apply for a heloc. Get there at 9:15 for a 9:30 appt (which I emailed her to confirm the day before and got no response) to be told she wasn’t coming in that day due to unforeseen problem. She could have at least emailed me to advise this! So the two people in the already there tell me we will try to help you after our other appointments. Barbie didn’t even bother to inform her colleagues to help us in her absenceWorst bank customer service I have ever experienced

Horrible customer service! We’ve had business checking account fraud 3 times in 2 years, which costs money for new checks and time invested. It took 4 hrs to open new account. Moved most of business to another bank and If it wasn't for transfers to mortgage account, we would close out totally!

I do wish, like others, there was a zero....Long time customer at this bank through 3 mergers..The service at this branch is deplorible..Like others no 2 in line at the outlide teller taking 15 minutes..It took 1-1/2 hrs to get a signature guarrantee from the incompetent branch manager after an appointment was made..I needed another signature guarantee, this time I went to my other bank "Wells Fargo" a couple of blocks away, which took :15 min..The bank staff was so polite, accommidating, competent, professional with a smile, complete contrast from Truist manager, my recomendation...Truist is one bank to pass up, go to a major bank a few blocks away and open your acct.

I wish there was a way to give a Minus - 100 stars or to put an alert of terrible bank. I opened my account online and its been 5 times im been requested to go to a branch with 2 forms of ID to get myself verified or for my online access to get unlocked. Representatives over the phone take up to 2 hours to pick up the phone and they really do nothing at all. The service is awful and each representative throws the ball one to the other. Im in the military and the funniest part is the try to make your feel important or valued but when it comes to solved ur issues the only solution is going to a branch which is totally disconnected from today’s need of online banking and a friendly customer service experience (totally lacking in Truist) . I wish there was a way to communicate your frustrations directly to the CEO or some sort of regional leader but, since no one likes to put attention to customers needs, my best advice is for everyone to be careful and avoid banking here at all costs

Worst customer experience ever. The representatives display a total disregard for customers. They don’t make eye contact, don’t acknowledge you and even worse they talk down when you approach them, it’s disrespectful and extremely insulting. I could go into details but just narrating my experience makes upset and sad. Won’t visit the branch again even though it’s a mile away from my house.

There should be a way to give zero stars! My greatest fear for my minor son has come to reality thanks to Truist, this branch. As a mother of a black male, you can never prepare them enough for dealing with racial profiling and discrimination. I opened this account for him under Sun Trust and we have never had a problem. Every year is 100-year-old grandmother sends him a check for Christmas. Yes, a check! We take him to the bank to deposit half and then he can spend the other half. We have done this countless times. They will ask him/us for ID and the account number. He and his father walk up to teller, she looks at him and ask, "Do you have enough money to cash this check/Do you have an account here?" Assuming he didn't. She didn't ask him for the account number first. Just to ensure that we weren't exaggerating or overreacting, we took him to the credit union where he has another account. To further address our fears hoping race isn’t the issue here, we verified the practice, and we were told that she should have asked for ID and account number and not base it on appearance. I then called the branch a few days later to discuss the matter and the bank manager became verify defensive of the employee’s actions. They told us that the corporate office does not accept complaints, but I could send a letter (yes! mail a letter-via USPS). I am not expecting much out of this but it allowed me to further explain to my son what this all means. Truist really should focus on better customer service because there are options. Their not doing anyone any favors with poor service.
