The hours are until 5:00pm and today at 3:30 they were already closed and you cannot make a cash deposit through the ATM. They don't answer the phone either. How horrible!

Fui a abrir una cuenta el sábado 8 marzo 2023 llegue 12.15am y como el banco cerraba a la 1.00pm la persona de la oficina que debía atendernos salió y dijo que solo atenderia a la persona antes de mi y me toco irme sin tener otro momento para hacerlo una señora americana de cabello rubio abundante y alta que además no habla español o al menos eso dijo no entiendo como se dan el lujo de perder clientes así

Today is Sunday. I went to the atm here and it swallowed my card. I have been with suntrust then it changed to Truist. About 15 years. I am looking forward to closing my accounts and going with a real bank that has customer service and working atms. Truist locations have closed here left and right making it an inconvenience. When I finally get to an atm to deposit my money it swallows my card. I am extremely upset, distraught and now I have to wait for access to my money. First thing tomorrow ,Monday I’m closing everything and doing everything in my power to let people who care about their money know that this bank is completely unprofessional. A negative review doesn’t do anything for anyone , nor does anyone care and chalk it up to bad timing but I have been duped and Truist will lose a customer. I wish for all these branches to close or relocate, horrible service, even worse atms and no customer service. Zero stars for this company who puts malfunctioning atms out in public.

Opened a simple business account, Alex helped me out and had great customer service. I had been trying to open this account for 2 days, I reached out to all the branches from coral gables to homestead and no one was helpful or never answered the phone. Once I saw the great reviews on the Kendall branch I knew they could help, and they did!

I got 6 overdraft fees in one day alone at $36 a pop. Can't wait for the class action lawsuits for this scam. I'm changing banks

Bank sucks at counter they don't help you with anything they don't have temporary cards and they only have 1 cashier working at the time.Don't waste your time on coming here.
