Great product and Best customer service. I needed a rush order due to a mistake I made when placing my order. Aleida and management understood my issue and did everything possible on their end to make sure that I received my replacement order in time for my customer's event. Thank you again Belpromo!

I have a Veteran that contacted me and asked for help in doing a Custom Coffee mug that he could give to Veterans that served in his Unit in Vietnam and Desert Storm. While both me and your employee Winston Morales new from the start this would most likely not end up being a very large mug order (if any), Winston picked up the ball and provided me with a few Virtual Images. My "Veteran" customer as well as myself is extremely very pleasedwith Mr.Morales's understanding and support. They cannot print white in a multi color imprint on the Mugs, it turns yellow and they claim that is acceptable. 4 pre production samples done and not 1 decent , poor communication, staff is below par and all working from home

Tried to charge me $356 shipping for an order that only cost $159 to ship. After 10 emails 2 weeks later they honored my rate and tacked on $30 “handling fee”. We need to stop supporting these brands that make it their policy to gouge us on shipping and handling.
