I absolutely adore this little boutique and the trendy limited styles they offer. I bought a dress which I absolutely love and went back for a crop top today. The clothes have great quality materials. Thanks Connie for assisting me.

Worst experience ever. No one ever mentioned to me that the sales were final when I bought a dress. Based on the sales person it was my responsibility to read a sign that was behind her when I was shopping. They have “exchange policy” if you bought something during the last 7 days and again never heard about that while paying/buying. If the shops policy is so different from all other places shouldn’t it be more transparent about it?
No wonder the shop is always empty. Will never go back and won’t recommend anyone

Their jewelry is cute but it is so cheaply made. I bought 2 pieces from this store and both broke within a week. They wouldn't even exchange the items. They definitely wouldn't even consider a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This store has horrible customer service and shady business practices. They don’t mention when you’re checking out that you need a receipt for all returns, they only ask if you’d like the receipt, and don’t make any mention of the return policy if you say no thanks. The rep working in the store seemed clueless to the policies. It’s funny because she remembered selling the item to me, but refused to process the return. I plan to contact corporate.

Definitely if you like the Tulum and the jipsy vibe, this is place to shop, amazing things to buy and give your house that boho vibe, the store is beautiful and the service is great, the girl was very helpful and try to help me in every way possible, I will definitely continue shopping this style here.

A unique concept in Miami Beach and to be perfectly honest… in Miami as a whole. The decor is stunning and a great store to buy for that hard-to-shop-for person in your life. I’m a fan of the soaps the owner sells and I’m coming back for one of the hats. Highly recommend. Definitely give this gem a visit!
