Braman Bentley Miami is A+, the sales team especially Paul and Juan are top, if you are looking from a Bentley or Rolls Royce don't look anywhere else that's the place to go.

The “Luxury” Experience: How Braman Motors and Bentley Redefined Customer Care (Not in a Good Way)
As someone who has enjoyed the supposed “pinnacle” of luxury by purchasing multiple Bentleys from Braman Motors, I expected a level of craftsmanship and customer service that matched the prestige. Unfortunately, what I got was a masterclass in irony.
When my 4 year old $375,000 Bentley Flying Spur (30K miles) decided to quit life right after the warranty ended, I paid $600 just to tow it to the dealership. First, they quoted $26,000 to fix a coolant issue. Then, a month later, they discovered—surprise!—the engine was cracked, and I’d need to shell out $130,000 more. Apparently, Bentley’s definition of “luxury” includes the thrill of surprise engine replacements.
Their idea of making me “whole” was to offer $80,000 cash and a $50,000 credit if I bought another new Bentley at full price. In other words, I’d have to dive back into a $375,000 purchase just to get a partial concession. If I chose not to buy another Bentley, they’d leave me with the bill. Other luxury brands might stand behind their product and fix such a catastrophic failure for a loyal client. Not here. Instead, they turned it into a high-stakes sales tactic.
Now that I decided to decline the $50,000 credit they made their service department call me to collect on the $26K repair bill which of course would have declined if they would have done their job right in the first place if they would have told me the entire engine needs to be replaced. I told them to go back to their management and tell them that is is outrageous. I have been without a car now for several months and not have seen a dime from the dealership even though they signed the purchase agreement of $80,000 like a month ago.
So if you’re considering the “luxury” of Bentley, just know that it might come with a side of irony and a very expensive lesson in how not to treat a customer. Good luck, and beware of what “customer care” really means here.

Buyers should beware of doing business with this dealership. I deeply regret making a car purchase from this dealership. They will say/promise anything to make the sale but after the sale the buyer is left on his own to correct problems. As an out of state buyer, I recently purchased a pre-owned Bentley Continental from Braman Bentley and guarantee it will be my last purchase from this dealer. As an out-of-state purchase, I foolishly took the dealer’s word that the car would be in the condition as promised. The dealer shipped the car to me. I inspected the car and was pleased with the condition of the car’s appearance. However, I immediately noticed the Bentley Battery Tender missing from the trunk. Of the normally provided three car keys only one worked and two failed to work. The other two key fobs (one ignition and one valet) did not operate at all. I installed fresh batteries and they still did not work. I must assume the dealer mistakenly sent me keys from another vehicle. I had to take my car to a local Bentley dealer to have the keys programmed to the car. The cost was $330. for the programming. This is Braman's failure to send working keys with the car. Braman should cover the programming cost. The car was advertised and sold to me as CPO Certified which it was not. I received no documentation showing the car was CPO Certified. Lastly, I never received my vehicle registration, even though a month had passed since my purchase, and my temporary plate was nearing expiration. I had to request the dealer send me a new paper plate since the original 30 day plate expired due to their not sending the car’s registration. So now my car purchase is nearing two months and I still have not received the car registration. I felt I was duped into buying this car with the myriad of problems associated with the purchase due to inept sales personnel. Addressing issues with the salesperson was useless. I elevated my complaints to the Pre-owned Sales Manager, Mr. Russell. After repeated phone calls and several weeks I did finally receive a replacement battery tender, and two new replacement car keys. It will now be necessary for me to assume the cost of taking my car to a Bentley dealer to have the keys programmed to my car. I am still waiting to receive my car’s registration and have received no updates from Braman. The second temporary plate is two days away from expiration, and hopefully I will receive my third temporary plate before it expires. The entire buying process has been ridiculous.

Bad communication with the financial person After we were all agree to purchase the tire protection , I learned I did not have the protection after I had a flat tire. Be careful on that as they just give you an iPad to sign and I can’t tell if you sign a waiver declining the protection. So I purchase it later after I realized was not added Bad bad bad experience

More than an experience, I'd like to give a huge thanks to Mr. Amir Moayeri whom I've known for over 7 years. I bought my first luxury bmw M3 from him when he was at bmw and after many years I was informed of his promotion over to Bentley. All within the Braman Family but Amir has been more than just a car consultant, he has also shaped and nudged me in the right direction throughout life. Can't wait to continue my journey alongside all of the awesome braman staff and Amir. Many blessings to y'all.

Zero stars if I could. I've been to Braman Bentley in Miami a few times inquiring about Bentley models. I am at the point in my life where these cars now appeal to me. This should be a special time in one's life to have the ability to own such a fine car. It seems from my experience no one at the dealership is actually from Bentley and they know nothing about the models. They make up details as they speak to you and even agree with me when I through out bogus facts about the car. They are not listening. Also after spending 10 minutes with you, they are expecting you to commit to buy the first unit you see. When I tell them I'm looking for an example that best fits my taste and I will need time to think about the unit and review the service histories on each car. It’s at this point they start looking disturbed, they mentally check out from you and glare at their watches. Is there a car dealer that gives a damm about a new potential buyer, or are we stuck with these unprofessional salesman? I might expect this behavior from less exclusive brands, but not Bentley. The price range of the pre-owned car that I am shopping for is in the 150k to 180K range. Not a cheap pre-owned car. I will not be buying any car from Braman Bentley. I will certainly travel north and do business with someone who truly values my interest and earns my business. I guess car salesman have too much money and don't want to do business. They have no concept of the amount of lost business that walks out their doors every day from their incompetence. The sales and general managers should be let go since they are clueless. Buyers in this range expect nothing but the best. You don’t even come close to the best. You are doing a disservice to the brands that you represent. Your cloned salesman are dressed terribly for a Bentley and Roll Royce dealership. Good Day.
