Terrible customer service at Best Buy Tropical Park
I had a very negative experience in this store, specifically with the manager Carlos. I purchased a camera at the Best Buy in Dadeland to pick up at the Tropical Park location (7751 Bird Road), but instead of receiving prompt and professional service, I was met with an unpleasant and lackluster attitude from Carlos.
Their lack of attention and willingness made the process unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I did not expect preferential treatment, but I did expect a minimum of efficiency and good customer service, something that this manager clearly does not offer.
I hope Best Buy takes these types of experiences into account to improve the quality of service in this store. I definitely do not recommend this place if you expect quick and professional service.

Terrible service. You got nobody working the store pickup counter so we get stuck waiting for nobody. My mistake for choosing this best buy. Never had this issue at other best buys

The sellers were super friendly, but they didn't have much stock and the gondolas were incomplete and messy.

In this store the sellers are INCOMPETENT and THIEVES, I bought a Laptop and they made me buy a Microsoft Card and they did not advise me by telling me that I had no refund, nor did they ask me if I already had another computer with the Microsoft, sorry but technology I don't know anything and the seller's duty was to advise me, I paid $150 for something that I already had on my other computer…. Be careful when buying there, they take advantage of the fact that you don't know and make you buy what they want... They are totally INCOMPETENT sellers!!!

Best Buy’s policies fail to protect in-store customers, as they cannot purchase high-demand items like the RTX 5090 on release day. Instead, they must order online, competing against scalpers and bots. This undermines the purpose of physical stores if customers cannot buy products directly, even if they have to wait for the in-store delivery.

It’s interesting how much variation there is among Best Buy locations. This one was poorly organized, and merged customer pick up with the check out line, which added 15 minutes unnecessarily to my visit.

Empty shelves. Not well stocked. Checked online stock and said the store had the item. Arrived and they did not have the item. Was told the stock view online was inaccurate. Had to take a $60 round-trip Uber to the next store to get the item. This store is not great for travelers looking for items

Was able to get my PSU with no issues.
They supposedly have a system where you need to get your name added, this person isn't clear or in a area where you can see them.
