Staff is so rude , when you walk in the store the people at the front door does not even help you they just point where you need to go. Cashiers rude. Pick up carb side does not work , I waited for 45 mins to get my item and nobody showed up when I asked the cashier she just said “ if they are busy they won’t come outside “ I was like what? No notice no nothing ? Wow

I had a disappointing experience at this Best Buy location—again. Only one person at the register, while three employees stood at the entrance chatting. I placed an online order, but when I arrived to pick it up, there was no one available to assist me.
What’s frustrating is that I reported the same issue seven months ago, and as I edit my review today, I realize nothing has changed. This clearly seems like a management problem—better organization and customer service are desperately needed.

I’m giving it one star because there’s nothing lower. Customer service is horrendous. No wonder, retail spaces are dying and human resources been replaced by AI.

Do not use this store for pick-up when buying online, or don't even visit this store at all anyhow for any reason whatsoever unless you want to receive zero support when needing it. I made an online purchase and selected this store for pick-up (biggest mistake ever) and my item went missing, probably someone else picked it up, when visiting the store to report it absolutely nothing was done about the case, no item, no refund, nothing. First the manager was busy, then the manager was not available, then there is no video footage of that day, yes I got scammed and I would like to warn against visiting this store, matter of fact simply do not buy anything from Best Buy and simply buy anywhere else, do not even bother yourself, do not set yourself up to be robbed. I swear I'm never buying anything here.

I didn't like the advice. There are no employees with technical knowledge of each product.
I am from Argentina and in the month of JANUARY I bought a set of ARLO security cameras and they gave me bad advice because the cameras DO NOT work in my country.
The problem is that in my country I realize that they are not useful for my country. I spent almost 400 usd for something that doesn't work for me.
I will have to see when I can travel to the USA to see if they will accept the exchange and refund of what I paid. I don't think I can travel for long and I don't think they will take care of it.
