Very clean but very thin walls. I can literally hear the kid in the next room watching TV. Also $16 for parking per night!! That's just theft. You already own the lot the hotel is built on. I call that milking your customers.

The rooms are standard and clean. A bed, bathroom, and TV. Simple and efficient for a good night stay.
The service is nothing special and the quality depends on who is at the front desk.

Hello I'm at the Best Western Plus located on 4100 W. Flagler Street. Upon arrival I had an amazing encounter with Lourdes at the front desk. She is extremely professional,knowledgeable, and friendly. I'm checking out on Thursday, however just being here thus far has been great. Clean rooms and the overall up keep is amazing. 5 stars!!!!

My experience was okay. Was expecting a 4 star hotel according to google but it felt like a 2 star hotel. Safe didn't work, bathroom vents didn't work, showerhead was loose, coffee maker in room was unsanitary, hallway/rooms smelled "odd", but I had fun regardless. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

Beautiful Hotel
Rooms: Very nice.. super comfortable bed
The bathroom should have a screen since because it has curtains, the water escapes and ends up flooding the bathroom. .but nothing more than that.
Food & drinks: There is a restaurant... breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

I don't mind paying for whatever your business is worth. But what kind of hotel books you a room. Let's check in. After that ask if you have a car, then tell you if you do it will be 30 dollars for the parking spot, and I have to get my wallet out again. It was funny, infuriating, and a good way to make extra money at the expense of making your customers angry. I guess my assistant has to ask for parking charges next. ?

I stayed one night. And while I was trying to flash the toilet, it got messed up, so the whole water came out. It was a terrible place I ever stayed. The room was very dusty. I have 3 bit of bugs on my arm.
