We've stayed at this location once before and we just arrived again for the next leg of our trip. We were received by the staff with open arms, remembering us and calling us by name.We always appreciate exceptional service wherever we go and we like to say Thank You when we receive it. Sergio and Franklin have treated us not just as customers, but like friends and family.The rooms are clean very comfortable.We feel so welcome here and we recommend them highly. All in all, the rooms and the facility were very good. My room was quiet and clean. If it weren’t for my two big problems, I would rate it 5.However, like others have commented, one elevator was out of service when I arrived. It was no problem getting me and my 47 pound bag up to the 7th floor. Unfortunately, when I headed out to catch the early shuttle for the airport, both elevators were out of service, requiring me to work my suitcase down 7 flights of stairs. Fortunately, I am fairly fit for 77 years old, but, it was a struggle and I travel alone.Others have also commented on my other big issue: the communication about their shuttle from the airport. When you call, the transportation recording states that their van is white with black lettering with the name of their hotel on it and the BW logo. They also state what doors they stop at and to just flag them down. They do let you know about when to expect them, saying they’re about 15 minutes away and leave the hotel once every hour on the half hour from 6:30 a.m. to about 10:00. I waited and watched at Door #7 for an hour and a half, calling twice and being told the van driver would be asked to return. As it turned out, the van had a BW logo on it along with a Holiday Inn Express logo, but no mention of the BW at Miami International Airport. The first time the driver came by, I asked if this was the van for this hotel and he said no. So, after another hour, with this same van going by and no other BW van, I called again and he came by again and I asked again if he was the BW I wanted since I had seen no other van. He showed me a piece of paper that hadn’t been displayed, asking if the addresses he had on it was one of the hotels I wanted. I said yes and got in with others who were complaining about the failed communication on the recording.Update: I have heard from the manager and a discount has reduced the charge on my account. I appreciate the response. Thank you.

Great service by ORISMARYS!!! I was on a buissness meeting, first time visiting the area and she was very helpful by answering all my questions. Truly a great hotel and great staff!!

Overall the experience was quite positive. The rooms are large, they allowed us to check-in at noon instead of 3pm and held our bags as a complimentary service prior to noon. The building is clean. However during our stay one elevator was out of service which caused long delays in getting one and then a few hours later both were out of service which necessitated us carrying out luggage down from the 5th floor. Also the stairs do not have an interior entrance for some reason, just an external entrance?Overall a good hotel with friendly staff, I believe they just had some bad luck with elevators. Would stay again.

Staff in restaurant told me I could not order anything that wasn't on the menu for breakfast. All I wanted was 2 scrambled eggs. No can do. I got breakfast somewhere else. So inconvenient!!Rooms: Rooms were spacious and clean. My only complaint is that the road noise woke me up at night.

American Airlines put us up in this hotel after a flight got delayed and we missed the last flight to our destination. So, for that purpose it was fine, BUT if I had to pay for this hotel I would have been very disappointed. First, the shuttle from the airport never came so we had an uber take us after waiting. Then, when we got to our room it smelled like the everglades swamp, just moldy and mildewey. The AC helped eventually, but it was really strong. The window was off the rails in the room so difficult to open it. Only one elevator was working and it was the slowest elevator I have ever been on.One positive, the front desk person was helpful and was able to provide some toiletries for free as our bag was in the checked luggage.

Have stayed in a number of BW properties, this was the 1st Premier, really disappointing. When reservation made online, requested a quiet room, confirmed that when i did the online check in, but had to call since the link did not work. Mentioned quiet room to that person also. When I was inside checking in, my wife was hastled by the van drive to move our car. Got to our room on 2nd floor, right by the elevator and above front entry of hotel, not really a quiet spot. 2nd night there was a huge food truck gathering just across the street, lots of noise. The property shows its age, guess 5 + since a renovation. the TV is old and chanel selection (operation) on the remote was really poor. 1st night at 4:40 AM, dog barking in hall, strange for a no pet hotel. A 7 story hotel with 2 elevators, but only one operational and even it was questionable, lots of long waites sometimes because staff had to use it and sometimes just slow. We were in town for medical appointments and have a number or more to come, however I'll be hard pressed to choose this hotel again. Appears owners really don't care.

We stayed there one night prior to our cruise. We only waited 10-15 at the airport for the free shuttle to the hotel. Customer service was excellent, and check-in only took 5 minutes. We were able to check in early. Our room was clean and a nice size. Beds and pillows were awesome. We walked two blocks to a IHOP.Check out was a breeze. We paid $12 each their shuttle to the Port of Miami.

A very busy hotel. Shuttle is good but does not service the airport often enough, it’s only 1x an hour. Front lobby can get very crowded. I found this very expensive for what you get.
