Horrible Customer Service!!!! The Worker On Duty Spoke No English After I Was Trying To Inform Her The Washing Machine Wasn’t Producing Any Water Or Suds On The $4.75 Machine That I Was Using. She Found Another Customer To Translate For Her Stating “It’s Fine It’s Fine The Clothes Are Gonna Come Out Good” 25 Minutes Of Wasted Time And My Clothes Did NOT Come Clean Then She Calls The “Manager” (Who Lied & Said She Was The Owner) And Then She Was Also NO HELP AT ALL! She Stated It’s Because The Machine Was Too Packed Which It Was NOT! (How Would You Know If Your Not Even Here) And Even So When We Told The Worker In The Beginning About The Water Why Didn’t She Say Then “Maybe There’s Too Many Clothes Or The Machine Is To Packed” She Said It Was FINE! So I Had To Spend ANOTHER $4.75 To Wash My Clothes In A Seperate Machine, That Immediately Produced Water & Suds When We Started It! The MACHINES ARE TRASH! OLD & RAN DOWN! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Definitely Will Be My LAST Time Going Here!!

There no water to wash your hands I went to the bathroom and there was no water. When I asked the employee, she told me that the owner is there and I told her that there was no water in the bathroom to wash my hands. She told me that there was hand sanitizer there... what people do to save money but they are not even complying with the requirements of having a business is an abuse of the community. And you have to have your hands so dirty while you wash your clothes.

I came here yesterday at about 8 pm. The lady/worker was very rude and in a hurry to close and closing time on the door states 11 pm. Aside from that there were rats running around and there was no water in the bathroom to wash hands. Very nasty place.

These people act like as if you’re not using time to wash clothes. Never any toilet paper in the bathroom and this time no water!! Like are Yall serious??? So I should go all the way home to use the bathroom it’s what you’re saying and never come back. Cause this is my last time coming here smh

That's a lie, the machines are always clean, the service is excellent and the machines never have a bad smell. That person who says that surely wants to wash all his clothes in a single washing machine, his clothes probably stink.

This laundry is useless, the machines are always dirty and have a bad smell, and they take away the washing time that you pay for, the bathroom is obviously not cleaned from the moment you enter, you feel the stench of urine, and you complete the menu with the apathy and no kindness from the employee who turns to look at you if you give her money. First she answers her phone and leaves you waiting. I do not recommend going to this place, because you will leave unmotivated not to return. I won't even leave my clothes to be washed anymore because they come out dirty and stinky.
