I was absolutely exhausted after dealing with the insurance when I brought it into the body shop. Let me start by stating that Jeremy is the absolute best. He is very kind, set the correct expectations, helped me navigate my options, the insurance deductibles, invoices and I can say he truly went above and beyond. My car was in the shop for a month due to insurance associated delays and extensive repairs that needed to be approved by my provider. Jeremy never once missed a beat. He always followed up and kept me in the loop via email and calls. Every update he got, I got. Accidents are awful, but Mercedes was the best part of my experience and it was 100% due to Jeremy and his excellence service. He sets the standard of elite service and Mercedes and their clients are lucky to have him on staff. If you are unlucky enough to have to go to the body shop, hopefully you are lucky enough to have Jeremy at Mercedes help you out.
