Manny Pozo and the amazing team of professionals at BioResponse were a life saver after my office was flooded during a deluge. While the water was still pooling in my floor, I called Manny and he picked up on the first ring. His team was at my office at the precise appointed time the following morning. They were courteous and respectful of my property and sensitivities, and moved quickly to preserve my belongings and mitigate the damage. It was a great relief to work with such a dedicated and responsive team. I recommend them to anyone contending with water damage.

Was able to get at BioResponse over to my parents house for Mold Remediation here in Miami.
Manny and his team were in constant contact and helped them get rid of the mold they had.

After speaking with several companies, I went with BioResponse Restoration and had an over all excellent experience. The service advisor was very detail and explained the entire process. Their team was also very detailed and easy to work with, which is very refreshing these days. I would definitely recommend use and recommend these guys to anyone.

I first used the services of this excellent company during Covid. They came to my place of business and did a thorough job cleaning & disinfecting our entire office. Since then, I’ve reached out to them on multiple occasions & they have helped me, various family members & friends with concerns over mold. I called BioResponse for an evaluation for mold remediation/removal services. Initial contact with Matthew went well. I scheduled an appointment and met with him on May 10, 2024. After the evaluation, I was told I would receive a written proposal and call back with 48 hours to discuss moving forward with servicing my property. I have called and left several messages and have yet to receive a return call or proposal. It's really unfortunate, since the initial contact was so professional.

BioResponse Restoration was incredible at resolving an issue that I had which was very important and time sensitive. Ryan Terry, in particular, was absolutely stellar (friendly, responsive, prompt, knowledgeable). Remediation companies in Miami are usually a nightmare to work with and, quite frankly, shady. But BioResponse was the exact opposite. I really can’t recommend them highly enough and if you need their services, just ask for Ryan directly and know that you’ll be in good hands.
