We celebrated our baby shower in hall B. I really enjoyed the services we received there. Ana was amazing at giving us great suggestions and she did an awesome job with the decorations. The food was the best I’ve had at any banquet hall, the servers were very nice, the MC Maggie was very lively and the DJ was very nice too. I totally recommend this banquet hall and I will be celebrating our son’s first birthday here for sure.

I don’t even know where to begin! My wedding reception at Birdside COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. As someone who’s incredibly detail oriented (okay, borderline neurotic!), I was honestly very nervous leading up to my wedding reception. I had such a specific vision, and it’s not easy to hand that over and trust someone else to bring it to life. But when I walked into the reception after our ceremony, I was completely blown away. It was everything I imagined and more.
Ana, our event coordinator, was truly magical. She went above and beyond in every possible way. From the biggest details to the tiniest touches, she was involved, attentive, kind, and completely on top of everything. I genuinely don’t know how she did it but she made it feel effortless. I want to give her all the flowers she deserves because she played the biggest role in making our day so perfect.
And to the Dj & MC Omar, wow. The music, the lighting, the energy, the MC work it was all phenomenal. He truly knows how to set the tone and keep the party going. So many guests came up to me to say how amazing everything was and how much fun they were having.
The food was Incredible. The food tasted amazing and was served hot. The serving staff and bartenders were so professional and kind, and everything ran smoothly and on time.
The decor, the ambiance, the attention to every single detail, it was nothing short of magical. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning everything looked, and I still get emotional thinking about how beautifully it all came together.
To the entire team at Birdside & specially ANA: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You created a day I will never forget, and I will forever be grateful!

I recently attended a birthday party at this banquet hall, and it was a beautiful experience. The bartender was really nice and made great drinks. The food was delicious, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and super fast. The girl at the photo booth was also very sweet, and the music was great.
I’m giving it 4 stars only because of the cake, in my opinion, and according to others at my table, it was a bit dry and overly sweet. But overall, I definitely recommend this place for events!

I hosted my baby shower here April of 2024 and everything came out as we expected it to be. Ana was a great point of contact from the very beginning to the end, she answered all of our questions and made sure that on the day of our party we would be able to show up stress-free. The decorations were nicely done and everyone had a great time. Thank you!

Love this place!!! I had my 40th birthday party here and everything went great! Planning was made so easy, the meal was great the decoration was done beautifully and the follow up with Ana was great. They thought of everything so that I could just relax and enjoy my event. Seamless and unforgettable experience. Not to mention that the cost was well worth it. The service staff was phenomenal as well. I highly recommend this banquet hall and will be back for future events.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ana and the entire Birdside Banquet Hall staff for hosting an unforgettable party for our teenagers. They truly exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to ensure the night was nothing short of magical for both of them. The DJ was phenomenal, tailoring the entertainment to make the evening all about our teens. Our server was attentive and diligent, consistently checking in to ensure everything met our expectations. Even the bartender at the soda bar provided exceptional service. The focus of the night remained on the kids, which was exactly what we had envisioned. We are absolutely delighted with how everything turned out and would highly recommend Birdside Banquet Hall to anyone seeking a stunning, stress-free event.

The food was amazing and the place felt very elegant. Anna was very professional and helpful with taking care of everything. There was little to no troubles communicating with her and having the event exactly how we wanted it. Outstanding place and would recommend because of the service.

I recently attended my best friend's wedding at Birdside Banquet Hall, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The service was appalling and completely ruined what should have been a special day. During the reception, kids were playing on the dance floor when one of them accidentally bumped into a stand. The stand was cheap plastic and had minimal damage, nothing that couldn’t be fixed or replaced. However, the boy was hurt, and things quickly went downhill after that.
The woman running the event confronted the bride in the most unprofessional manner, demanding $650 for the “damage.” She shoved her phone with the charge in the bride's face, in the middle of the wedding reception, creating an incredibly uncomfortable and unnecessary situation. A simple, polite conversation after the event could have easily handled this.
There were many other issues throughout the evening as well:
- The DJ was awful and the music wasn’t great.
- The service was slow and rude.
- The liquor was poor quality.
- The food was mediocre at best.
- There wasn’t enough parking for all the guests.
- They didn’t refill our water.
- The WiFi was terrible.
On a positive note, the bartenders were nice, and the tables were set up beautifully. But overall, if you are considering hosting an event here, I would strongly advise against it—especially if you have children. It’s not child-friendly, and the owner even came at the end to tell us our kids couldn’t dance near the dance floor and that we had to watch them. This place ruined a very special occasion for my best friend.
Would not recommend.

Birdside is a great banquet hall for any special event. We had our Little Mermaid themed baby shower here and it was truly magical. We had the privilege of working with Ana who was amazing throughout the entire process! I told her exactly what I wanted and she went above and beyond to execute my vision. 10/10 recommend this venue :) Thank you for everything Ana!

I could not have picked a better venue for my daughter's baby shower. From the 1st meeting, Ana was helpful, creative, wanting to please and work with us. On the actual day, the place was exactly what we pictured and the entire staff was helpful and made the experience wonderful. Highly recommend it!

We hosted out wedding at Birdside Banquet Hall and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we walked in the ambiance was breathtaking with elegant decor. Truly made my day magical. The staff was incredible. The food was delicious and the dj kept everyone in the dance floor. We couldn’t ask for a better venue to celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you Ana, Alba, and staff.
