I returning my Nephews Birkenstocks Christmas gift twice. Once because he didn't like the the color (My fault). Secondtime was the sizing seemed off. Was a bit to big. Ive always ordered online amd never had a problem. .because of sizing. ordered online

The store is exactly what you expect it to be.
But.
The Customer service is extremely good.
Trinity was super helpful to my young niece, she helped her in finding the right size and explained the shoe texture and style.
