I have only had great luck with this dry cleaners. I’ve had multiple alterations done and they have done a great job! I just picked up a very expensive Tory Burch purse that I ripped the pocket inside and the owner repaired it. My dry cleaning has been great as well. Highly recommend!Service: Alterations

Beware! The lady was very nice but she lost a new pair of Ann Taylor pants, which I brought in for hemming towards the end of September. I paid in full, in advance. She insisted that I picked them up, and that was that. Every time I called she would ask if I found them. I told her to check the cameras - hers, the buildings, her neighbor stores. That was that. Pants disappeared and she would not take responsibility. Although the pants were worth over $100, this is not about the money. It is a matter of principle. Terrible customer service.
