I had a great visit. The doctor was very engaged and pleasant and thoughtful. She remembered details about my visit last year and showed genuine concern for my questions and asked if I had any other items to discuss. I would and will highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Unfortunately, this place have not provided me with a contact lenses prescription yet. The contacts that I need to try are in “back order” according to the staff. My exam was back in August 5th and is now October 23rd, still have no contacts nor a prescription. My old prescription also expired so I am not able to purchase more contacts either. Very disappointed, I’ll NOT recommend “Blinking Owl Eyecare”.

My experience at Blinking Eye Care exceeded all expectations. They were efficient and friendly. They were able to pull up my records from last visit and order glasses that were not even on display. I would recommend everyone to go to Blinking Owl.

Doctor was great, super thorough. Too bad its out if network so only did eye test and got Rx. I wish I knew before going. Front desk blonde lady needs to work on customer skills-not friendly at all, rushing thru forms, just a bit rude. Also had to wait about 40 minutes after my appointment because doctor was behind.

Dr. Cifuentes and her team were wonderful! My 11 year old needed contacts to slow myopia progression. After much patience and several attempts to teach her how to use them, she finally learned. Excellent customer service! ❤️
