Love this small gym. Very convenient and close to home. Love the atmosphere and classes are amazing. Super clean and the staff are great! Shout out to Emily.. front desk gal on Sundays.. not only is Emily helpful, but she's an amazing artist! Keep up the great work 👍

Body & Soul has been around so long that it?s become a Coral Gables fitness institution. It?s the kind of gym your parents went to if they grew up in the area. It?s where Zumba first took off and where the female-empowerment, dance-driven Vixen workout takes place. It?s been through some extensive renovations since opening more than a decade ago but Body & Soul hasn?t, well, lost its soul. The focus remains on fitness, only now it?s achievable on state-of-the-art machines and through various forms of group exercise classes: spinning, boxing, CrossFit and more.
