I had been to multiple shops for quotes in the area on what it would take to fix a large coin sized hole in my bumper. Yimy at Alexis gave me the best price, he is very nice, and also very professional. The work that was done for my car was fixing the hole in the front bumper, painting/blending 4 panels and they also purchased/replaced the fog light covers that were missing. Yimy and is crew did an expert job on fixing my bumper. I gotta say that I am super happy with the work and with the customer support that Yimy provided.

“I was in a car accident in September and Magic Touch was the first and last body shop I called. They are excellent — Alex explained the insurance process and answered all of my questions. He was also just fun and easy to talk to in general. They handled everything down to the rental car and looked out for other potential issues I was concerned about in case I needed to fix other parts, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They also made sure to call me to let me know exactly what they were going to do/which parts were needed, and they did a really good job on the body work.

Their guys really care about quality too. The man who painted my panel (I can't remember his name) even called me because he was concerned that it might look a little funny with the gloss since the rest of my Jeep needs a paint job. I was very appreciative of that kind of consideration.

When I went to pick my Jeep up, the same guy showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with the work and also assured me that there were no other issues concerning the other parts I was worried about. Another thing I was really appreciative about is that aside from the body work, my Jeep was left in the same condition it came in, meaning nothing was damaged in the process (I've had issues with other mechanics breaking and/or misplacing things while fixing other things.)

“I had taken my previous cars to Southern Auto for some minor paint jobs. Recently I had a car back up into my M4 and damage the passenger headlight and crack the bumper.

I am not one to write reviews BUT I need to review Southern Auto. I took the car to Southern Auto and the way Michael treated me was beyond words. He made me feel like family. He is so courteous, polite and professional. Then I met his dad who also works there and the service they provide is awesome.

I went just to talk about what needed to be done and I ended up leaving the car and his dad brought me home. Michael’s wife was the one dealing with the insurance company. She is extremely professional and courteous.

They all work for you and make sure you get what your are entitled to from the insurance company. The insurance company wanted to replace the lights with used lights and twice Michael and his dad rejected the lights because they found damage to the lights and eventually made the insurance company approve a new light.

Michael took every step to make the car look like it was ready for a show. The job was AMAZING. The paint looked awesome.

They love what they do and look out for the customer. Customer is #1 for them and it shows.

“I first found exotic collision when I needed repairs on my Porsche Cayenne. When you have a nice vehicle, some places try to take advantage and charge ridiculously high prices. I went to a total of 4 high-end repair shops to get estimates. Exotic collision prices were by far the most fair and reasonable. “Originally came to get an estimate for a couple dents (3 separate areas and all dents within a 2 centimeter cavity) and paintjob(for scratches) for 1 side of my 2024 toyota Camry. Paid out of pocket was around $2300 which I think is a fair price in the current market. The result was amazing, when comparing the side hit and the side hit I couldn’t even tell the difference except for when I slid my finger over the side that had the paintjob, it was great and felt like they had multiple clear coats and waxed it. Total time taken was 10 business days, originally estimated at 4-5 but there was a hurricane helene so I think it was fair given the circumstances. Overall very happy with the result and transactions!”
