Woe to the poor souls that find themselves as customers of this service station...In anticipation of what you may encounter:Credit card users pay an extra 3% so have your checks, cash or debit cards ready.If you booked a loaner vehicle...my sympathies to you...Your insurance card won't cut it here, you'll need to dig up or have your insurance broker resend you the Declarations Page showing your level of coverage broken down, oh, and make sure the date on the sheet covers the current period when you'll be using the loaner, otherwise, they'll send you back to get the current one.Also, no matter if the loaner they give you looks like it was driven through a sand storm (or like you work in Doral and park outside...) be prepared to turn it in squeaky, shiny clean and with a full tank of gas, even if you didn't receive it this way.On a positive note.... I'm waiting for it to come to me...ah, yes, it's conveniently located behind Dadeland Station.Sorry, Bomnin, but you guys really need to work on your customer service skills. If you're going to have unusual and arbitrary rules, your customers need to be made aware of them BEFORE they show up to your doorstep. Remember, most people are taking time out of their busy work and family schedules to get their cars serviced, dealing with new and unexpected requirements is exactly what they do NOT want to encounter.

Our experience was great. We came back to see our options and Javier Saavedra, our sales rep, was very courteous and heard exactly what we needed. He came back with 2 pricing options with all the incentives and discounts we could get and had us driving off in our new Volvo in less than 2 hours. Car shopping can be easy breezy at this dealership, and Javier was a true highlight of the experience.

This is not the best service department if you have an AC related issue. I’ve had an AC issue with my car since I purchased it CPO almost 2 years ago. They have changed the AC unit and at least 2 evaporators and the car still does not cool properly. Hot air comes out of the driver side vents while cooler air comes out of the passenger side vents. These mechanics simply do not know how to diagnose the issue. I’ll be taking my car to another dealership.Update: I took my car to Volvo of North Miami and they were able to diagnose and fix this issue within a week. The same issue it took Bomnin almost 2 years to diagnose and kept replacing the wrong parts. Sales and Volvo directly has since done right by me and replaced all my tires on them for the inconvenience.

Robert Morales has taken the best care of me and my old Volvo since I started coming here several years ago. When Robert hasn’t been available, Anthony has been there for me and also provided exceptional service. These guys are 10/10. I know I’m getting the highest quality service when I bring my car to them.

Update: got a call from the manager. He was apologetic and offered to have my car picked up, serviced and returned to me. I told him that was kind but unnecessary; I would be more than happy to bring it myself if they could have it done in a reasonable amount of time. We scheduled another appointment. When I arrived, he introduced himself and the service was done within an hour and a half.I appreciate the attention I received on my second visit. Adjusting my score to 4 stars because I had to go through the first visit in order to get that.Original review:Came here this morning to get an oil change and for them to replace a trim piece that had fallen off. I ended up leaving 4 hours later without anyone even looking at my car.Your customers shouldn’t have to wait all day for an oil change when they come in with an appointment.Dealership included these services in the price of the car when I bought my car. Just so that I am stuck coming here and waiting all day for an oil change. Please have some respect for my time.

Javier the Store Manager and Dairon the helped me out! I was very happy with the deal and it took less than 2 hours for the whole process from walking in to walking out with a brand new car.

I went in for my initial oil change and fluid top offs and it was like it was an inconvenience that I was there servicing my car. Oil change was NOT included in my warranty (paid almost $200) out of pocket). I also asked them to check my tires because I kept getting a low tire pressure sensor and they told me they checked and nothing was wrong. A week later I took my tire to get checked and they found not 1 but 2 nails. Currently, my "certified pre-owned" vehicle is having all sorts of electrical issues, power steering, not shifting issues. So much for a trustworthy sale and inspection of a pre-owned vehicle. This is my second Volvo and will be my last due to the poor service experience at Bomin. My first Volvo experience was AMAZING as well as the staff at the service center at Deel.

They made me waste my time taking in my Volvo for updates. When I arrived I was told by a less than helpful advisor that there was no need to come in. When I inquired as for a tire rotation, I was told is never included in service intervals, that it was extra…. Every car company includes tire rotations as part of their service intervals. Little care for customers time.

I made a phone call service reservation. The lady who I spoke put me the date for october 18 ( with a loaner inclued). I drove all the way to there and one of the advisors showd me the appointmen has been changed for the next wednesday!! I lose my time and no one had the courtesy to concte me before. The reason of the exchange: they didnt have any loaner!!! Missing customer service client follow up!!
