Really terrible experience with this office. Incompetent employee with poor English. I shared that I live in Europe and that I need a boost number to use in Europe. That I am only in the US for a few months a year. I paid a $75 activation fee to find out that roaming doesn't work in Europe. No one at the helpline helped me and they said I had to complain to the Miami office, which is absurd when I'm in Europe. Not recommended!
