Claudia was very helpful and friendly and helped us solve our issue with a new iPhone. Excellent attention to detail and very kind with us. Would come back again with future issues with her. We tried to leave a tip out of appreciation because of how helpful she was, but she was sweet enough to decline.

Wanted to upgrade my phone because there was a sale going on. The lady was on the phone with someone and told her she was going to charge me full price because she hadn’t made any sales that day. I just went and bought it online. Horrible service!
