Visited this location earlier this week and I cannot detail the wonderful experience I had, the Team here along with Claudia whom was who attended me is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable of their products and offered me many options which lead me to the purchase of my new IPhone 15 pro max. I am appreciate the patience she had getting me approved to finance my device and be able to walk out with all the accessories I needed for it. I was able to get the watch and EarPods directly from them, thank you Allapattah Team! Check them out for your next phone purchase, I’ve had Boost for over 10 years and this is why I am a loyal customer. They have my total recommendation.

I left very pleased with the service that the two girls who were working gave me, their names are Daniela and Claudia. I recommend that everyone who passes by that store ask about them. They are very friendly, they explained all my questions and, above all, I was very pleased with my telephone number.

Experience that I had was absolutely unprofessional, the way a news of words when it came to paying my phone bill was completely uncalled for. This lady did not show any patients, Noel did she show any type of consideration when it came to paying my phone bill. Skipping another customer in front of me even after I openly communicated that I would be stepping out and coming right back in. She was rude disrespectful, and not only proceeded to purposely take longer. She is a woman with blonde hair. Not only was it not busy in the store she was being spiteful, and using plausible deniability to put on the pretense that she wasn’t being rude.

Wow after visiting t-mobile and att really depress with lack of customer service terrible attitude from employees decided not to give up. Finally I found my cover and change my screen protector in BOOST MOBILE LOCATED 17 AVE NW 36 ST. EXCELLET FROM DAMARIS AND HELPER ADRIANA THEY WERE GREAT. DAMARIS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OVERALL.
