Great experience and respectable employees. Tony from parts department made my experience at this Honda dealer amazing. He displayed phenomenal customer service skills. I will make sure to refer people to this dealership and be a returning customer.

Alex was great! Did the inspection to fully diagnose the issue after I've been to three different shops. Did the repair for the sensor which included the part and labor and the inspection deducted from the total. Reasonable and transparent process. I appreciated the report too.

If i could give zero stars i would this was the worst ever honda dealership i have ever in my life visited. I saw a honda accord on facebook market place that they had posted mind you i live in palm beach county and drove 2 hours to get to this dealership i asked the guy for a for a car that was 2022 or older but he would only show me 2024 and trying to push me into leaseing when i clearly told him 2 times i was there to finance not to lease so they leav me and my family alone for about 30 minutes and come back saying lets go so we can show you a car "me thinking they were comeing to show me the car or a car like the one i asked for when i got to the car it was a 2024 exactly what i told them i dident want!. So at this point i was already pretty pissed becuase i drove 2 hours for this disrespect!, when i see the car i tell the guy whos takeing me to test drive it that i clearly dident want a 2024 and that on their offical website they have plenty of honda accord sport that are 2022 and older witch was what i was trying to get and they kept insisting on giveing me the 2024 so i askes agein for them to let me see a honda accord 2022 sport and they start telling me they have none available but as im going for my test drive i can see a whole bunch of those parked out on the lott ready for sale , mind you when i asked about the one i saw on facebook market place they kept changeing the conversation witch was makeing me very mad and giveing me anxiety its crazy how they were obviously trying to get commission with me but it dident worl becuase they kept trying to push me into the 2024 honda and that when i said you know what im done im out and i left i drove 2 FREAKING hours becuase they lied to me and told me the car i had seen on market place was still available and I texted them the day before at night time and asked if it was still available and they said yes which was a lie then i spent my wholeee entire day at the dealership for them to try and shove whatever car they wantted down my eyes vert bad staff! I will never ever visit this place agein the dissapointment i got from these people is immense and as long as i can i will tell people to stat away from this dealership! Horrendous experience! i feel so bad for the poor people they have most likely preasured into buying a car they dident want! But it dident work with me. Lost a good client over trying to get some commision now i will be going to cadilacBecuase im about done with these honda dealerships dont ever come here unless you want to get ripped off!

Guess the words "How can help you?" are certainly outdated for this Honda dealership! Go to the internet!

we have been leasing the cars from here because leonardo (sales) and madeleine ( credit) are amazing people and they give really good costumer service they go above and beyond. but the service is a nightmare oil change even with appoiment take more that 3 hours. we always buy the package for maintenance and every time is the same we cant find proof blah blah until leonardo have to come and find the paperwork. this is the 5 car we have from here. change a tire i have to expend the whole day here now im here for a recall on my pilot and the customer service person henry after i make the coment that the service here is always bad always a problem he just told me go to another dealer you dont need to come back here and trust me thats what i will be doing from now on. and i already get my car appraisal here because iam going to change it soon. but i iust made my mind never again here. worst service department.

My experience with Braman Honda in Coral Way's customer service department was unsatisfactory. I had an appointment on 8-03-23 at 8:30 am for a manufacturer recall. Upon arrival, I was informed that the car would need to remain all day, which had not been previously communicated. The only options presented to me were to wait all day or take an Uber. I requested transportation, which was refused. When I asked for a car, I was again denied. The representative assisting me was named Christian. Ultimately, I decided to retrieve my vehicle without completing the recall services. As a 10-year Toyota customer, I have never encountered such unhelpful customer service or been unable to resolve a matter with a client. I regret that Braman Honda in Coral Way will not have my business in the future.

Straw that broke the camels back for me. I will no longer be going to any dealer, including this one, for any service. Needed to replace something and according to their estimate, the cost was 3-4 times more compared to the local body shop I went to to get it done. Their "discount" doesn't mean anything as even with that, you will not save a lot of money. Went to my local body shop, they installed the part and paint matched it for a fraction of the cost! Think about that. Would you rather go somewhere else and save money or have your wallet drained and be scammed and lied to? Trying to up-sale simple stuff like that, and even cars when you advertise a certain price, that is not how you conduct business. Biggest scammers in terms of false advertising and misinformation. I'm so glad I saved myself so much money going to my body shop instead of believing lies here.

FYI - If you cannot get to the lot in a timely manner these guys will readily offer for you to pay an Invoice of $1,000 to hold the vehicle. DO NOT EVER Pay these guys and INVOICE. Background - we live 3.5 hours away and found our dream car on their website. A Pre-Owned "Certified" Honda CRV. We could not get there until the next day, this was June 28th, 2023, so we gladly paid the invoice for them to hold the car. Well, we finally got there actually late but that day and lo and behold we were all $500.00 off from making a deal. The car was NOT Pre-Owned "Certified" just well pre-Owned. We very nicely asked for a refund of our deposit and were told sure you will have that tomorrow. It is not July 15TH, 2023 and we are still getting the transfer from one person to another RUN AROUND. My advice is to RUN away from this dealership.

I loved Service Representative Efrain (Junior) and was very sad when he told me he was leaving, but before leaving he directed me to Christian Espinoza. He has been AMAZING! I've never seen him in a bad mood, always smiling and ready to help. He treats you like if he's known you for years. I like to ask a lot of questions and he never gets annoyed answering me the same questions over and over. Christian is very personable (it hasn't even been a year since I met him) and even asks about my kids who has never met. As a woman it's overwhelming to take your car to service and feel like you'll be taken advantage, so to come across a great service representative as Christian it's a relief. Thanks Junior for leaving me in great hands! I appreciate you just as much.

For service department Gomez gives top customer service by making sure your car fix right and telling you about the fax before and after a repair. Another member I will highlight is JG in the parts department great customer service attitude make sure you are getting the right parts and having a welcome the Braman feeling.

Update to my review from 2 years ago below: DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! I have been getting my oil changed here since that incident ( that was only bolted up, never offered to replace the splash guard that THEY caused me to badly scratch up and deform) and I hear the same scraping sound while driving at a high speed and go back to the dealer to get this fixed today. I explained the same thing happened to me before and I know it's due to them changing the oil and not tightening the bolts properly. The employee said it could not be done without charge and wanted me to pay $170 to fix my splash guard that was deformed, low and loose now. I am extremely annoyed and highly suggest you find any other place to get your oil changed because they will cause you to ruin your splash guard and then want to charge you later on. My splash guard should have been replaced free of charge. Untrustworthy and not a happy customer. I will advise everyone DO NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL HERE! Review from December 2020: This review is about their service department. First oil change, everything went great excellent service. Went in on a Saturday so I did have to wait 2 hours but that's because it was busy. Three months later, I went in for my second oil change. Went in at around 5:30 pm on a Friday and this time the oil change took around 45 minutes to be completed. I left that day thinking everything was fine, my oil was changed and I was ready to take a road trip on Sunday. WAS I WRONGSaturday night, as I was driving on the turnpike 65+ mph, I hear a loud scraping noise and immediately pull over. Turns out after they changed my oil (guessing they just wanted to do a quick job since they stop servicing at 7) they didn't screw my engine cover back in properly and here I was On the highway, had to use a freaking mask to hold the cover up and got off the highway somehow. Extremely dangerous situation and now my engine cover was COMPLETELY scraped. Had to take my trip in ANOTHER car because they weren't open until Monday. When they sent me their text to check how their service was I told them I was extremely disappointed and they told me to come in. They did look into my car and screw it back in PROPERLY this time but with the same scratched cover I have now because of an error THEY Had. No apology or credit for future service was given as a way of apology for something that could have caused a major accident on the highway. What's done is done but PLEASE make sure to mention to double check they screwed in the cover properly on your next oil change because you do not want the same thing to happen to you.

Before you read below, I just want to invite anyone who has been scammed or ripped off by Braman Honda or Braman Honda Service to private message me. I am in contact with many people that would not believe. I will press on every single day until the situation is remedied. I'm that determined. Join me!I have a 2019 Honda Accord that had a battery die. We changed the battery at a local mechanic, and then noticed all the electrical systems went nuts - i.e. cabin lights & turn signals wouldn't work, etc.We took the car to Braman Honda Service and a guy name Jeff helped us and he told my wife that the mechanic crossed the negative and positive connections, and that we used the wrong battery because it was not a Honda Battery. The fix was $700 because we need a new control box, whatever that means?!?This was a lie! I have never heard of a Honda battery, and if the positive and negative connections were crossed, the car wouldn't start. He tried to ripp us off! I can't stress strongly enough how dishonest this guy Jeff is. He was telling us over the phone about the swapped positive and negative connections on the battery before he even saw the car. It's a script he's running, and using it on people who he thinks are unaware, like my wife. We didn't buy the b.s. and took the car to another location, Japanese Auto Care. Japanes Auto Care pressed two buttons and reset the computer, and did not charge us a penny! Problem solved. They said that the whole battery connection story was a lie, they said we did NOT need a new control box, and basically confirmed to us that Jeff and Braman Honda were trying to rip us off!Lastly, they gave us the receipt for the $109 diagnistic service, but they never gave us the report for the $700 in corrective actions. They know that report will prove they were running a scam. Dear Honda, where's the report? No report, we need a refund! DO NOT USE BRAMAN HONDA SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!Update 9/16/22.I did not become hostile, just took exception with Alejandro, a manager, basically calling my wife the B word. They tried to commit fraud on us, we caught them, and when we voiced our displeasure, they insult us. I have a master's in accounting and a clean criminal record. To insinuate that I became hostile after they tried to rip us off, and insulted my wife - a housewife and mother of a 9 year old boy - is the epitome of claslessness. We can get my layer invoived. I expect an aplogy to my wife, and a formal reprimand over the situatiom. Further more, to ban me from the premises is a violation of my lease contract for my 2022 Honda accord (the second car I bought from you guys), and I will have my lawyer push to make this contract null and void.Your attempt to defame our character will have legal consequences.

The service to my car may be done properly but everything else is horrible. Long wait times (~4 hours), car is barely even cleaned, they try to trick you into getting things you don't need without even checking the car, common areas are ok but don't even have water to offer you unless you buy it, so definitely doesn't help with the wait and no one really communicates with you what's going on throughout the process or how much longer you might have to wait unless you go and catch the guy yourself. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because the service is done "properly".
