On February 20, 2024, I placed an order online and paid $640.93 for a Jackery Explorer 880 Portable Power Station with Order ID 27737835. I expected to receive a confirmation email indicating that my order had been successfully processed or a notification, either by email or text, confirming that my order was ready for pickup. However, I received neither. Upon checking Brandsmart's website, I discovered that my order had been inexplicably cancelled. On February 21, 2024, I visited the Brandsmart store located at 7260 North Kendal Drive and personally purchased the same item. The transaction took place at 11:18, and the receipt number is 0215555052. The sale was facilitated by Seigidi, Thomas, with assistance from Alberto Reyna, and the transaction concluded at 11:24. Subsequently, on February 26, 2024, I returned to the same store to return the item, which I had not used. The staff member opened the box for the first time to verify its condition and accepted my return. The Credit Memo number for this return is 0215558828. The transaction was handled by Seigido, Thomas, at 13:57, and assistance was provided by Steven Garcia at 14:13. Upon reviewing my bank account, I discovered that I had been charged twice. Believing that the initial transaction had not been cancelled, I disputed the charge with my bank in the hope that the return would be processed as a credit within a few days. However, to my frustration, as of today, the original order remains active, my dispute has been reversed, resulting in a duplicate charge, and I have yet to receive credit for the return made on February 26, 2024. I am deeply dissatisfied with this situation, as I now have three charges from Brandsmart on my credit card. It has been over a month, and I am still grappling with these unresolved issues. I demand that all charges be reversed immediately, and that the appropriate credit be applied to my account without further delay.

My Review doesn't concern any appliance. It was basically the personnel that works there. Every time I was there it'll never fail; They just hang around and always laughing and joking very loudly and often using foul language. I was so surprised that I actually heard the manager speaking in such a vulgar manner in Spanish Out Loud.!! And then the Rap music with explicit lyrics. Really People???? : this kind of behavior should be prohibited by this company. They need to understand that not everyone is ok listening music with foul language. There's children and elderly people too. It is a shame!. Explicit lyrics in a public store really ?. This store likes to play Spanish rap with dirty language . And by the way, so they don't think this is a racist matter, I'm Hispanic 40. I wish you could see the way some people look at themselves when the vulgar language was heard. I hope BrandSmart make some changes on the music this people play in the store and specially teach them a little class about customer service and how to look professional. I give only one star for the patient sales rep. As far as the manager, he gets 0 stars and needs a class in math. Their website states they have a 110% price match guarantee but when I went they did not honor it at all. Their price was $2,299.00 and Costco has it for $1,999.99. They should have given us an additional $200 but refused to even though Costco even offered $300 when spending over $1999. They can get sued for false advertising due to their managers negligence. People beware and do your homework before you go!

Very bad customer service, I bought a Samsung washer dryer and a month later the dryer broke, it's been more than 2 months and is still broke. When they give you an appointment they give you the schedules and you have to be available to them all the time day because they call you 15 minutes before and if we don't answer they don't come to your house, it doesn't matter if you call them back after 5 minutes, the technician can't come through anymore. I tried to get the technician to notify me 2 hours in advance but that is a lot to ask for BrandsMart's policies... What kind of service is that? Horrible

Great staff at the store but horrible delivery and lier delivery driver; they basically lied to us by saying that they were at the location and they left because the place was closed. A hotel open 24/7 was closed based on them. They make us wait all day long for nothing. HORRIBLE!

I could probably give it less than one start. Bought a tv and in less than 20 minutes i was back returning because it had a wrack on the corner, according to them the video shows tv leaving in good condition, which camera only points from the back of the tv, never the front, didn’t want to take it back or give me a new one, manager stayed i couldn’t see such a video, told me i need it to get police involved, manager just want to make his money without customer satisfaction. I totally will not coming back. This guys are thief. Warehouse employees make fun us and were very rude

I bought a new washing machine and it doesn't have a drain. Your employees are completely irresponsible. Didn't check the product for any issues at all, just assembled it and left. I will never buy any of your products again. Please do not trust the products here. All are defective.

"0 stars" mthe worst store they lost my laptop when given it to them for a service repair. the service desk does not know anything. no one cares. corporate office does not do anything about. no one is responsible they do not know where the laptop is and either give me a credit. worst experience with warranty. warranty does not work. horrible customer service. manager never calls back.

I hate working at this place tbh, some people are pretty nice and tip nicely. Definitely if you buy something tip the outside warehouse employees, they have to work in that hot environment all day long and make close to minimum wage for it..

Just go to Best Buy!!!Stay Away From BrandsMart.I've been told many times not to go to BrandsMart. That they sell B class products they pick up from the manufacturers, that's why they have low prices, and also the reason why so many products come defective or broken out of the box, then you go back and they say it was you.We bought a TV that they didn't fully unwrap it to test it, and what we saw seemed fine. We got home turned it on and surprise surprise it was cracked where we couldn't see at the time of purchase. Packed it back, brought it back and of course now the damage is now worse (cause that's what screens do).They didn't even test it in front of us they took it to the back and just came out and said they couldn't do anything.Since the beginning they said they looked at the cameras, an hour later they were asking about that transaction time to "look at the cameras" basically they were trying to brush me off without properly investing, and cause of me insisting on an exchange they actually decided to look at the cameras an hour later.$395 down the toilet.Thinking now ALL my other TVs I got a Best Buy, NONE of them issues, paid more but A Quality products that have lasted me years, one of them going on 5 years, which I carried in the trunk of my car sticking out.

Needed to buy a washer and dryer combo for my new condo. I found the best prices for a new Samsung combo at Brandsmart USA. purchasing was easy, took a bit for delivery but I am happy with my purchase.

Looks like most all the negative reviews of this store involve purchases of major appliances. I've never bought those things at BrandsMart, but I have come to their stores to purchase everything from TVs to computers, routers, home theater systems, small appliances and even patio furniture. For most things I've bought here I checked prices first at a few other stores including Best Buy, and BrandsMart has usually come in lowest. The situation with the sales staff can be a bit odd, as I believe they all work on commission so they can sometimes pester. Some are more knowledgeable about the products they're selling than others and in one case we were helped by a really nice salesman in one area of the store, and once we found what we wanted we went back to him to make the purchase since he was so helpful, but he explained he could only write up items within the specific department where he worked. In our case, we were in the market for a few items for our home. We found some things we liked in a circular we got in the mail, looked up a few styles we liked via the BrandsMart website and came to this store as their website indicated they had them in stock. We were here late on a Sunday afternoon and there were really no other customers at the loading dock/delivery area after we made our purchase, so we had our stuff within 5 minutes of going there to pick it up.

I would not purchase anything from here if I had other options like maybe another location or BestBuy. Horrendous customer service. They have no idea of this concept. It seems they are working for earnings their salary and nothing else, I mean they have not interest on helping customers. If you walk through the store, you can notice its emptiness. I’m surprised they are still open for business. Delivery day arrived after 5 days and part of the appliances were damaged. Supposedly in 2 days they would try to attempt a new delivery but it never happened, then I was told it would be another day that they would notify me the day before which it was almost 5 o clock in the afternoon and I never had gotten a text or notification. I made a call and they told me that it was schedule for 2 days laters without reasons. End of story, I tried to contact the sales man but was off. I ended up taking to Kevin, the store manager who tried nicely to back up the delivery day but it was impossible, the delivery manager said they had no room! Awful! I asked for a refund. I would go to find the same items in another place where they could have some respect for the customers!

I have bought a bunch of items from Brandsmart with great success. You need to find associates that are knowledgeable within the individual depts. I fairly recently bought a high end 75" TV from them including the extended warranty. The TV had issues from the beginning. I tried to swap wires and trouble shoot on my own with guidance from the associates at the store. With no luck i called the extended warranty company. They made a repair that they thought was the issue and it had no success. It was impossible to talk with the techs given they spoke no english. I called them out for a second time to fix the issue in which the same techs showed up, said it was the same issue as last time and wants to change the same part out which is pointless. Iv been dealing with this since i bought the TV, dealing with Techs for 8 months now, and I'm literally being laughed at by them. At this point the extended warranty is a total waste of money with zero help from the techs. The TV has been a wall decoration with hardly no use since it doesn't function or work properly. Its outrageous that someone could send 1000's of dollars at the store and get any help on the back end. Such a run around, waste of time for the buyer, and a huge inconvenience for the customer. So aggravated by this and out of a decent amount of $$$$.
