I’ve been going to Brickell Bikes regularly and always receive top-notch service. Robbie and Williams consistently go out of their way to help me with quick adjustments and any other repairs I need on my road bike. They’re knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely care about making sure everything is dialed in. Great shop, great team—highly recommend to any cyclist in the area. Thanks guys!

These guys are my go-to! There are loads of bike shops in Miami, but their attention to detail and communication have earned my trust. They were able to fix my triathlon bike when new parts weren’t available, and they’re super friendly on top of that. Would highly recommend for maintenance and repairs.

Just went to Brickell Bikes to get my pedals changed—it was quick and easy! The staff were super nice and friendly. The guy who helped me even gave me tips on how to start my journey with the new pedals. I definitely recommend them and will be back. Thanks again!

Robbie and Willy have saved me more times than I can count. I show up like clockwork with mystery gear issues, and every single time, they handle it with kindness, patience, and serious skill. They always just work their magic and send me off like nothing happened.

Cold and disappointing service.
I took my bike to Brickell Bikes with a scheduled appointment and was told it would be ready that day. But when I arrived, they hadn't even touched it. They started working on it right in front of me—as if my time didn’t matter.
They also never called to give me an estimate. I had to call myself, and when I did, the person who answered sighed heavily before responding, as if my question was a burden. When I reminded him which bike was mine, he made a dismissive comment about how rusty and bad it looked. Yes, the rust is on the handlebar, but beyond the technical details, his tone was cold and unprofessional.
My bike means a lot to me. It may sound silly, but it’s not. I bought it used because I don’t have a vehicle yet. It has carried me everywhere under Miami’s unforgiving sun. And even if the bolts are rusty, my love for it remains strong.
If my bike could talk, I’m sure it would say:
“This woman never leaves me behind. Even if others judge my appearance, she knows my worth.”
After this unpleasant experience, I went to The Miami Bike Shop, where I was treated with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. No judgment, just solutions.
Brickell Bikes has potential, sure—but I hope they realize that a bike can have rust, but good service should never show signs of indifference or disdain.

This is a top tier bike shop with excellent customer service. Our plan was a multi day biking trip from Key Largo to key west. Instead of renting crappy beach cruisers or aluminum bikes that most bike rental places in miami offered. We were looking to rent quality carbon road bikes. Brickell bikes not only had the carbon bikes but their price was very reasonable. Robbie the store owner went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. They are closed on the weekends but robbie made sure one his staff members was there to give us the bikes since we landed in miami after hours on a Friday night. He also made sure we had everything we needed for a safe ride. The bikes were amazing and we had a lot of fun exploring the keys with zero issues. I highly recommend brickell bikes to anyone in the miami area looking for a great bike to rent. Brickell bikes will definitely take care of you.

Brickell bike shop is the perfect bike shop, they maintain all my bikes at the highest standard, excellent relationship from a shop owner to the bike owner. They just painted my Colnago C60, and it came out gorgeous. Fully recommend this small bike shop.

It was first time being in Brickell City. The shopkeeper was very friendly and he actually drove his bike to showed me where is the bicycle path (The Underline) was. They also Brompton dealer and sell Brompton accessories.
If I ever need to do any maintenance, installation, or service for my Brompton, I'd be more than happy to drive an hour just to make sure that my bike is in the best hands.

I brought my e-bike here because my brakes just would not stop me. Thinking the repair would take some time, I packed my computer and trekked over to Brickell Bikes prepared to find somewhere to do some work while they made my bike safe again. I explained my problem, and the clearly genius gentleman behind the desk stopped what he was doing and came out and looked at my bike. He did some sort of wizardry that took about 30 seconds and told me I was good to go. I asked him how much, and him being unwilling to take advantage of an idiot who couldn't figure out how to complete a fix that took less time than it took me to explain my problem, told me it was on the house. It's been about a month and my brakes are still perfect. 5 stars - will absolutely bring my bike back here for all problems.
