Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got to Brickell Buick GMC at 7 AM, my vehicle was taken in, and I was the first one there. An hour and a half later, my car was still sitting in the same spot — nobody had even looked at it.
Meanwhile, several other cars that arrived after me were being helped and taken care of first. When I asked what was going on, I was told it would take another 2–3 hours just to have someone look at my car.
That’s completely unacceptable. I woke up at 5:30 AM and drove all the way from Aventura to make it on time — what’s the point of having an appointment if I have to wait four hours anyway?
Terrible service, poor communication, and zero respect for customers’ time. I won’t be coming back.
