The arrangement was beautiful and on time, very satisfied with the service and the quality of flowers. I needed to send a friend flowers for her birthday and I came across Brickell Glamour Flowers online. I placed my order through the website, it was extremely convenient and user-friendly. I contacted them to follow up and the florists designer who helped me was Yola. She was spectacular, the best of the best!!! She truly went above and beyond to make it happen . Not only did she provide the most amazing customer service but she was so understanding, knowledgeable and kind. Truly the best service I have ever received in Miami. Yola the florist is so professional and her work is beautiful. She has amazing talent. My friend was in love with the arrangement she received and everything was delivered perfectly. I will be using them for all my flower arrangement needs.
