Everything was very smooth and quick. Even though I scheduled an appointment late, Jennifer and Miguel were able to help me leave with a vehicle I chose. They offered me coffee and water while I was waiting for the finance to be processed. They speak Spanish and English too.
I highly recommend and would come back if I need a new vehicle.

They took the time to answer all my questions, explained every feature clearly, and never made me feel pressured. On Tuesday the 28th, I had an appointment at 7:30 a.m. I was told the vehicle would be ready in about 2 hours, but when I came back, the service advisor John told me it was still not ready. I asked why he didn’t contact me instead of making me come back for nothing. In the end, the car took over 5 hours, completely different from what they promised.
Then, 2 or 3 days later, the same issue with the system update happened again, and I had to return today.
That day, I also requested a Lyft to pick me up at my home, but they sent it to Honda Brickell instead. I called John several times to let him know the location was wrong, but he never answered my calls.
Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the poor service at Honda Brickell — lack of communication, poor responsibility, and no proper follow-up with customers.

I bought my Honda in Buffalo and am a snowbird in Miami..I had a problem with my stereo and just stopped desperate to get it fixed.Hessel who is with the service department stopped whatever he was doing to get it fixed and he did that and thankfully we went on our way.kudos to hessel

We recently bought a 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line (used, 18,000 miles) and paid around $24,000 out the door. After comparing prices with similar models in the area, we realized we likely paid above market value.
The car itself is fine, but we wish the dealership had been more transparent about pricing and fees. If you’re planning to buy here, make sure to double-check comparable prices and ask for a full fee breakdown before signing. This was our first car and we were inexperienced, we were told by the sales representative that the car is a good deal ( which it was at 18000$) but the additional fees such as permaplate and recon fee was extremely high, we don't feel good about this purchase and now that i know more about the fees and cars i feel embrassed to tell my friends and family the out the door price of the car.
We also tried to speak to a manager about this but out calls are not answered
Overall: The experience left us disappointed with the pricing and it felt like a rip off

Long story short: had our Accord towed in, they said the water pump was busted. Had it fixed and had new ignition packs installed. a week later, the car was totaled for a cracked engine block. 3 grand down the drain.
