This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Do not go here. The place is filthy, the staff are rude, and the service is terrible. I initially booked a shellac removal and manicure, but changed my mind after the first technician began working on my nails. Then, without warning, she passed me off to another man who ended up butchering them. They clearly have no regard for their customers—they even lost my booking. This place is an absolute joke. It’s honestly hard to believe they’re still in business.

I’ve been here 3 times and my nails are done bad. The last time had to return for a redo and yet got home and the same afternoon literally a chip nail even after redo. Quality of product is not good :( sorry but not sorry. I tried but no more! And let’s add that it was overall &123 not including tip! Super expensive, bad quality products!

Don’t go there. Over priced. They do a shotty job.. they pretend to cut cuticles. They don’t shape the nails right. Terrible job. Do not go there.

I had to get my nails down while traveling. I saw the rating and thought… how bad can it be? I tell you, it is BAD. You are better off with a broken nail.

Mediocre at best. Was going there for years as it is near and reasonable. Mickey is disappointing - inexperienced (nips/accidents happened on more than a few occasions) and unprofessional. Time to look for a new spot.

Worst experience in awhile. Milly Nguyen is awful. Horrible attitude, just like the other workers there. Unfriendly, unprofessional and completely out of line. Will NOT be going back. Shocked they’re still in business with all of the nail salons around.

Terrible experience :( The lady who attended me didn’t see anything and painted the nails very bad, she was super Untidy and I had to file my nails MYSELF to make them look good. Not to mention his partner sitting next to her who didn’t stop chewing gum with his mouth open. I won’t go back anymore and not recommended at all

I visited Brickell Nail Bar today and had a disappointing experience with my manicure. The service was lacking, as the manicurist seemed preoccupied with his phone and did not attend to my cuticles actually he wanted extra money for pushing my cuticles and trimming them. Additionally, he did not pay attention to my requests and charged me more than I expected. I wouldn't recommend Brickell Nail Bar to anyone.
