About Brickell View Terrace Garage
Convenient parking at a great location and reasonable price and ample spaces. No complaints and this location has been a preferred parking during a trip in Brickell. It seems one of the best viewpoints and cheap because can even enter for free, can go and enjoy wonderful views of Miami. The lot is not expensive but cameras really seem there.

I guess ignore the signs that tell you to scan and pay before exiting. The gate takes a picture of your license plate on the way in, and on the way out it scans your plate and the screen tells you what you owe.

Prices increased a lot

This place used to be one of the cheapest places to park in Brickell. Now it's $20 a day. I remember when it was $12 a day. I used to park here instead of valeting at the nearby hotels when vacationing here. Looks like the lot owner finally woke up.
