  I was hesitant to buy such a beautiful costly item at an airport location, but Jenny Ruiz was so helpful when I called. I didn’t have the right number but she connected me with Britto and got me all taken care of. I can’t wait to get my beautiful sculpture!

  They will not stand behind the Britto name. Refused to repair the padding on a Britto Blue dog I have. Then they said they would do it for $500. The padding to replace is about 2 bucks, But why say you will do it if your policy is that you won't. See the reply I got from Britto Below.   They are doing something weird with prices. Printed price on a print said $18. They blacked out out and wrote $90. The register rang it up as $50. Bait and switch.
