I visited the Brooks and Brother store at The Falls Miami on November 25, 2023, and I was very disappointed with the service I received. The cashier (blond lady) was rude and unprofessional. The manager was just looking and did not intervene or apologize. I strongly recommend avoiding this store and shopping elsewhere. They have lost my trust and loyalty.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Vernon. He took the time to explain the history of Brooks Brothers as this was my first time within the store. He provided us with interesting facts and stories that had us engaged. Not once during the entire experience did he ever push a sale on us.He was definitely passionate about the brand and this provided us with a very pleasant shopping experience not found in todays society. There needs to be more people like Vernon in this world. Thank you.

I purchased some items and after waiting weeks and weeks and not receiving them. I called customer service and they said that I wasn’t going to get them and would refund me. I needed my items for travel. I’m super upset with this.

David is the man! He was patient and so helpful. Even though the size we wanted wasn't available, he still went out of the way to look in the back. He has such a positive attitude. This man deserves a promotion. Side note, if I could give 0/5 stars for the other employee (Lisette) I would. She was rude and appeared to be annoyed that we walked into the store. She made it seem like we couldn't afford the clothes there.

Kind of pricey but it’s for good long lasting quality. Very nice suits. I love the options for women as well but I wish they would expand the suit options. I wish they had more selection for my s/o. They were out of selection and sizes and had nothing else. But over all, the lady’s were very helpful and telling us about other store discounts and online pricing. Nice and very communicative.

Expensive, but quality suits. They did not have my size but their collection of Italian, Philippine and Thailand made suits were excellent.

Today for first time in brooks brothers I received a rude and discriminating assistance from the sales person Maureen at the store of The Falls, I’m an old and loyal customer of this brand for more than 25 years and is very regrettable and worrying the attitude of this sales person….

I love the clothes sold by Brooks Brothers as they are impeccable and have a crisp look and feel to them. Recently, I made an online purchase because local stores did not have the items I wanted. Unfortunately, the items I received did not fit, so I decided to return the entire order. Since I made my purchase through a third party (Klarna), Brooks Brothers had to refund the amount to Brooks Brothers, and then I was supposed to be reimbursed by Klarna. Despite Brooks Brothers, straightforward return policy, the refund process took forever. I kept calling their customer service line, but the representatives were not knowledgeable. I sent 3 emails to their customer service inquiring about my refund. They never replied even though I received a confirmation email stating that they had received my inquiry and would respond within 24 hours. Finally, and after some back forth, Klarna kept me informed and disputed on my behalf. In sum, due to their nonexistent customer service, I will never purchase a single item from their inventory.

I felt a bit harassed by the sales associate with her customer service. She was a bit too pushy. Almost waiting outside my door at the fitting room :) She was courteous and professional throughout the experience but some times you need to let your clients relax so the try the clothes on before making a purchase. Also she wasn’t very aware about the mark downs. Little details to improve!
