Dresser Valet with Charging Station... By charging station they mean a hole at the bottom of a badly painted wooden box, the hole meant for you to run your own power cord through something that's cleverly hidden on the photo on the retail box to make it look like a real charging station. Looks like something out of 7th grade shop class. ,

Today, July 17th, a desolate store and and lazy incompetent employee. “Mr. No” will only say “no, I can’t help you with that”, and “no we don’t carry that model anymore” (clearly not knowing the inventory, because they DO still carry the item). And as I tried for alternatives (such as replacement/store credit) he continued with his inflexible “No” attitude. Brookstone has fair products, but incompetent, lazy employees, sucking on salaries and benefits while playing on their phones. Time to close down and layoff. It would be 100 times better to deal with a website.
