This budget is without doubt the greatest rental car in Kendall. I had an emergency I needed a car ASAP. They had nothing available that I was looking for but he helped me out with an SUV. He phoned me in 30 minutes to go pick up the car which is excellent customer service greatly appreciate it.

I have a car rental 2 weeks prior to my trip and also call 3 days before to make sure everything is fine and when I arrive they don’t have my car or similarThey want me to take a small Honda suv that smell horrible and chair all dirtyNever ever go here but I surprise that administration don’t want to solve anythingMy reservation number isYour Confirmation Number:32773535US4

One star is too much for this Place !! STAY AWAYYYYY ! For the second day in a row they gave my car away on a already prepaid reservation. I have been here 2 days in a row and no cars available. The front desk guy is just there to have a face but he cannot resolve any issue. There were 4 people with the same issue ! The logistics of this place is a Shame ! Use TURO instead !

Let me start by saying these guys give their best to the customers. If it wasn't for John, Robert & Jose, I'd have had a really hard time getting around without a car (first time renting here in the USA). As mentioned, they ALWAYS go 20 extra miles to help. They provided me with all the information, helped me with booking, questions, and EVERYTHING.I have nothing but huge gratitude towards them for all the help. If someone deserves a raise and being on the top hill of customer service are them.THANK YOU!

Rented a full size vehicle early on to go event of daughters wedding . Reason for full size was traveling with handicap mominlaw with her walker, wife, suitcases & everything we needed. At time of pick up it was a mess.Employee gave us instead a very sm compact & when we told him we did not fit he lied and said he give us something bigger and ended up giving us a Kia Sorrento a sm compact SUV . He said go get it out there car is ready . This after a long time of him typing on computer asking a mngr on phone cause he did not know what to do. When we stepped outside store to get vehicle & realized it was this sm Kia Sorrento we tried going back inside store but door was locked in our face. Called Budget 1800 # only to be told to go to Airport location & ask for Manager to get a full size car versus this Kia given as we had reserved and paid already . Airport at that time was more than an hr drive w/traffic .Got to Airport & stood in line then asked for manager. Explained everything to manager . She was nice & apologetic & told us only thing she could give us because she had no full size vehicles available & was given a mini van . I other Choice available.The Van had chalk crosses painted on dings on the body a broken headrest piece on the passenger seat my parent in-law found out the hard way . It seemed to drive ok and it gave us room we needed.We where at this whole process for hours . Two different locations & driving across town to get only choice available which was the van put our plans behind . As a result we missed the rehearsal of our daughters wedding and so we just swallowed the pill . We had no time to look for alternatives. Our daughter got married. We finished rental . Van was returned clean and with tank full . At time of return same employee took care of us & pretended not to remember us to add insult to injury.Left there with a very bad taste in my mouth of the terrible experience. Called 1800 # and after a very long wait spoke to a supervisor . Guy in the line sounded annoyed & not people friendly. He ended up giving us an apology. Argued they had given us a Van and gave us a discount coupon for another day rental . Budget is not what it used to be after years of using them this is very disappointing ?

The worst car rental experience!!!Guaranteed reservation was made and the Kendall location has not a single car available!!! You would think that somebody would have texted me or called me???? Avoid this location!!!

The gentleman behind the corner was quick and very helpful to get me on the road. Returning the car was easy and no hassle at all. Budget seems to be lightyears ahead of Avis when it comes to customer attention these days.

Worse place to rent a car ever !!! We make a reservation on Tuesday for Friday pick up everything was confirmed and the time we got there this guy told us oh we have no cars here and there nothing I can do ,,, but my cc was charged donde day 1 , also customer service was horrible -1

This location epitomizes a hassle-free rental experience. While there was a typical attempt at up selling insurance and tolls, the benefits were explained clearly and the attempt was stopped as soon as I indicated I was not interested. I received a free upgrade to a larger vehicle, and it was in good condition. Unlike most other rental locations, an associate actually assisted me with the pre-rental inspection process.As for the return process, I was able to return two vehicles intended for return to other locations to this location without having to call up costumer service. The associate understood my intention immediately and simply handed me the final paperwork on both occasions.

This location is hands down the best car rental store in the area. John was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The car was nice and clean and was exactly what I needed. Thanks again John and Budget!
