Got seated 2 hours before closing and then waited forever just for an employee to finally show up to tell us the kitchen was only serving fries. Horrible customer service.

The restaurant smells bad. Service is super slow, you have to wait at least 40 min for wings! After all this waiting food came cold and the taste isn’t like usual buffalo. I will never come back here!

It's hard for me to bash a place, but my experience at this particular location was horrible. We ordered 15 wings and an order of nachos. The wings came out before the nachos. Not because it took long but because the wings came out that quickly. These wings were so tough that you could tell that they had been microwaved. I literally had to pull the chicken away from my mouth in order to tear the meat off. I was so hungry that I dealt with it, but normally, I would have sent it back and asked for a fresh order. The nachos came out a little after the wings, and they had run out of cheese sauce. Our server never visited the table again after bringing our food, at one point when I was asking him for something he was walking backwards away from me, and to be honest the place wasn't that busy for the service to be so bad. I waited forever to get our menus again to see what was available for dessert. It took forever for them to come and take my payment. I literally considered walking out without paying because I don't think anyone would have noticed. The staff seemed to be bickering with each other. All in all, with all the food options available at Dolphin Mall, I picked the worst place to eat. I definitely will not be going back.

This is the second time this happened to me. The first time I was super patient and understood. But the 2nd time.. this is normal..We came to eat.. we wanted to sit out side.We were basically told we could but no one would serve us.We basically gotta go to the bar and serve our self.Again…. First time I was understanding.. I was in the service industry for 15 years.. I get it.2nd time.. no bueno. And just made to feel like they really don’t want us there

Had a very pleasant experience the second time around to this location. I want to give alot of recognition and a thank you to our waiter Manny for this being possible. He is a prime example on how one person can change the decesion of a customer as my first experence with the service wasnt so great... about a week ago the staff that worked on 2/21/24 didnt want to even seat us and said the common seating was done at the bar area. Having kids that isnt ideal for us to sit there. I will continue to come back due to Manny's great service.

Staff is not trained on ADA (American’s with disabilities act) law regarding service animals. We were asked to leave the inside because we did not have an “ID”. If staff was properly trained, they would know that a “service animal registry” does not exist. What they sell online are scams.Per ADA law, establishments are only allowed to ask two questions:1. Is the animal a service animal? (Only dogs and mini horses qualify)2. What task is the animal trained to perform?That’s it. There is no “proof”. If the animal is trained & not causing a disturbance they cannot ask you to vacate the premises.It’s really sad, because had the sever been nice about it instead of the insane and absolutely rude attitude I would have been happy to educate him and would have loved to stay.The manager was nice, but we chose to stay.I understand that there are a lot of fake service dogs around, but it’s not hard to tell a trained service dog from a fake one. At the end of the day, the law is the law and it’s there for a reason.
