I took my VW Tiguan there today for the first time. The staff was friendly, respectful, honest and was charged a fair price. The service was quick and my car is now running perfectly. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good prices. But I called for a headlight, got a good quote. I drove 2 hours to get there and they didn't have the part. What a wasted day. Use EBAY.

Very knowledgeable, my VW is a mk4 so they didn't have parts for it but they did find the caliper bracket mounting bolts that nobody locally had in stock and the dealership was quoting $200 for. Definitely would recommend for those driving newer model VWs.

Honest and fair. And they seem to actually care about your car and experience. Left a note inside when I picked up my car that they had observed another problem that needed attention. This was a repair I could make, so no motive here other than what used to be the norm--decency and helpfulness. They deserve the five-star ratings they get.
