The staff at this build a bear are top tier. Every experiences has been one full of joy and professionalism. I’ve come here twice and both times I was met with different employees but the same warm and fun energy. I had purchased my bear near closing and the staff were so polite, even when we got caught up in our own little world to notice that the transaction was over and we had no business being there! Heavily recommended this location for all your plush friend needs!

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this location. My kids were simply picking the toy they wanted, and the cashier, who claimed to be the manager, started treating us unfairly and with hostility. It felt like she was discriminating against us because we are Latino.
She was impatient and rude, pressuring us to hurry up even though we weren’t doing anything wrong. When I calmly tried to address her behavior, she escalated the situation by threatening to call security and forcing us to leave the store without any valid reason. I also asked the security to checked the cameras to make sure that we were not doing ANYTHING against this store.
This was a deeply hurtful and unnecessary experience. Build-A-Bear should ensure their employees, especially those claiming to be managers, treat all customers with respect, regardless of their background. My kids were excited to make their stuffed animals, but this experience completely ruined their day.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and addresses this unacceptable behavior. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment.

The workshop is short and very interesting for kids - even for 8 years old boys who usually don't play with plushy toys anymore.
I personally like that the voice from the kids can be recorded, so you'll hear the kids' voices forever (hopefully, the batteries can be changed).
Be prepared to pay 80 - 100 $ for full chosen outfit, including recorded voice, heartbeat, smell, and blue (or pink) carrier bag. The good wishes heart, they put inside, I think is included. We paid for this bear (cheapest plush toy chosen) almost 80$, including all above mentioned. Other plushy toys were more expensive.
The staff member was very nice and patient. We recorded the voice very often until we were satisfied. She was so friendly to the kids.

Went to get my sons first birthday bear at noon and doors were locked with no sign stating if opened or closed. Really disappointed and a waste of 10$ for the parking.

Brianna was perfect she literally did the most for my daughter! It was her birthday took her time with heritage was soooo cute I'm so happy and my daughter was soooo happy she needs a raise hands down!!

Very bad experience
3 saleswomen who seemed bored
One was on her cell phone doing crosswords.
No welcome, not smiling, not friendly
Very disappointed
I do not recommend this store which is supposed to be a great experience for children

The sign on the door said “taking out trash be right back” so we waited at the bench in front of the store because my son wanted to go inside badly and was talking about it for 2 hours. When the two ladies in black came back to unlock the door they denied us entry even though I stated how we waited while they were gone. It was 9:42 and they would not let us in even though it didn’t close until 10pm. We said we just wanted to look around because my son truly was so excited and they broke his heart and mine too. They said they had to “re-arrange the store” well they should do that at 10pm not while customers are there. So whoever was working at 9:40 pm on Wednesday July 31st needs to be reprimanded for this horrible incident

Took my princess to get her birthday bear she just turn 6 and I must say I was so happy with her first time experience here. Bridgette was so sweet and kind to my baby she made her experience making her first bear so memorable. Thank you for being so sweet on her special day. I will definitely back.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Build-A-Bear Workshop, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Walking into the store, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, who guided me through the entire process with enthusiasm and warmth.The concept of creating your own stuffed animal is brilliant, and the range of options available is impressive. From bears to bunnies, and even popular characters from movies and TV shows, there’s something for everyone. I decided to make a bear for my niece’s birthday, and the staff helped me every step of the way, from choosing the perfect plush to selecting the ideal outfit and accessories.

Drove all the way here and paid $10 parking just for them to tell me they are closed with no explanation. Even though it seems open…. I arrived at 7:30pm, google says they close at 10pm. Strange…
