The worst experience ever! The parking is really dangerous just one way for both sides left and right. Not yellow lines not signs not nothing! This place is dangerous and terrible! I spoke with the manager about to park my car WITH authorization. They gave me a signed paper. They removed my car after talking to this “manager” he refused to say his name and the first day I came I talked to him and explained to him about the parking. The worst service ever! The worst experience I have ever had. The parking lot is one way for two sides to go up and down, I almost collided head-on with a truck, a real danger. I was at a friend's house for a few days, who arranged the parking permit. Despite this, I spoke with the manager and explained the situation and told him that I was going to use the Parking lot. He even knew the dog's name. Two days later they towed my car with authorization and I looked for the man but he also got upset because of my questioning. Terrible customer service or terrible customer treatment. Zero stars if I could.

Living at Square Station Apartments has been an absolute disaster from the moment I moved in. First, the bed bug infestation was out of control. No matter how often the management "treated" the issue, the bugs kept coming back. It’s impossible to feel clean or comfortable here, and good luck getting a full night's sleep without waking up covered in bites.
Then there’s the constant police activity. It seems like there's something going down every night—sirens blaring, cops swarming the building, and crime scenes just a few steps away. Honestly, I can't count the number of disturbances I’ve seen in the halls. The building and surrounding area have clear gang activity, which only makes it worse. Walking outside at night is genuinely terrifying.
But the worst part? There are rumors, which seem disturbingly true, of an underground homeless fight ring right in the vicinity. People are apparently betting money on these brutal fights among the homeless. The fact that something this grim could be happening nearby is just another reason this place feels like a nightmare. The overall homeless problem around the complex is already severe, with people camping out, harassing residents, and causing all kinds of safety concerns.
Bottom line: Square Station is a living hell. Between the pests, the crime, and the sketchy, dangerous environment, this place is a complete joke. Stay far, far away unless you want your life to take a steep dive into chaos.

The lobby smells of feces and urine and the elevators are constantly broken, sometimes all four elevators are broken at the same time. There are 35 floors. You have to walk up from the bottom sometimes. I watched ppl move into the apartment carrying there possessions from ground floor to above floor 30.
Management is very nice and doing their best, but the investors in this building need to invest in cleaning supplies and fixing electrical issues.
Also… don’t bother calling the front desk. They just don’t pick up or return voice mails

The location of this building is truly outstanding, it offers easy access to dining, shopping, and public transportation, everything you need is just a short walk or a quick drive away.
The apartments themselves are equally impressive. The square footage is remarkable for the price, providing generous living spaces that are hard to find in this area.

Overall, I highly recommend Square Station to anyone in search of a comfortable and conveniently located apartment without breaking the bank.

There’s a dog on the apartment 2312 in the 1424 side, that spends the whole day barking, i have spoken w the neighbor and she doesn’t want to do anything about it, the poor dog barks from 7 AM through out the day. Is unbearable. I have complained in the lobby, they seemed to call her, but no action has been taken.

Horrible place to live. Avoid at any cost!! Knight Parking is absolutely trash, the employees don't speak English, and whenever you have an issue caused by them (which is every damn day) they laugh in your face. Disrespectful, arrogant idiots. Management of the building is on the same level as parking, absolutely terrible. The building itself is poor quality, a cruise ship could fit between the doors and the floor. In conclusion, the worst place you could choose to live in Miami.
