Burger King Corporation is a fast-food business known for friendly and courteous service. Customers often have positive experiences with quick, correct, and hot orders whether at the drive-thru or inside. However, there has been a serious incident where a customer claimed to have been injured by a syringe needle in a sandwich, leading to hospitalization. Despite this rare event, most reviews highlight good service and a friendly environment at various locations.
False advertisement, non comp of expectations, made purchase based on what was offered on menu board and did not execute or offer a resolution. Will be contacting an attorney for advice in this matter. Not the first time any establishment of burger king has failed on this.

Gardner, Mass. Burger King is always dirty. Cigarette butts all around the entrance where employees probably take a break. Cob Webbs around the drive through window that have been there a very long time. the city has shut this place down for sanitary reasons in the past. They need a better custodian.

Prices were removed from menu. This can potentially lead to a lawsuit. In civil law there has to be transparency of information in every contract. A purchase is a contract. Change this immediately or get sued
