It doesn't deserve a single star. The customer service is TERRIBLE, and 80% of the employees have a terrible attitude. Mr. Ricardo has a horrible way of dealing with people. The checkout line is worse than at Disney parks. I have a very bad impression of this store. Replacing the management staff would be a good option for improving this business. I could add many observations that actually occurred during my visit, but it's not worth it.
It doesn't even deserve a star. The customer service is TERRIBLE, plus 80% of the employees have a very BAD attitude. Mr. RICARDO has a HORRIBLE way of addressing the public. The payment line is worse than the Disney parks. I have a very BAD impression of this store. Replacing management personnel would be a good option to improve this business. I can add many observations that actually occurred during my visit but it is not worth it.

Never more than one register open and they never want to open more

Long lines with 1 cashier. They had 2 but she walked off
No one came to replace her. Such a shame. Never going back to that store again.

Slowest workers ever!!! 2 register open when line is wrapped around. No fitting room. No restrooms for customers. Ridiculous !!

They only have one cashier, in such a large area! At 1 in the afternoon, it's not a good place to go shopping!
The worst thing is the only cashier, and 10 minutes per customer!
