I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Burlington location. The store felt disorganized, and it was difficult to find what I was looking for. Several sections looked messy or poorly stocked, which made the shopping experience frustrating.
Customer service wasn’t great either—getting help took longer than expected, and the staff didn’t seem very engaged or eager to assist. I usually enjoy shopping at Burlington, but this visit definitely fell short of the standard I’m used to.
I hope management takes steps to improve the store layout, cleanliness, and overall service, because it has potential, but right now it needs attention.

HUGE store with a great selection of awesome deals!! It's bright, well laid out, organized, and features new merch weekly. Nice staff, but you're mostly on your own at stores like this, but they'll guide you as to where stuff is. Come see for yourself. You'll thank me later!
