It makes me upset that I had already told myself I wasn’t going to come back to this store anymore since every time I’ve come, I’ve had a bad experience. But the fact that it’s the closest one to me made me think about it and give it another try. Definitely, this is the last time I come, even if I have to go to a farther one. Today I was there, and the cashier Damian treated me with a very unpleasant attitude. I don’t understand how you have people like that in positions where customer service should be the priority. The line to pay was incredibly long, the store was a complete mess—clothes all over the floor, dirty with footprints, and don’t even get me started on the fitting rooms, which were full of clothes everywhere, hangers all over the place, there was no one available to open the bathroom—it was pure chaos. I think destiny is showing me once again why I shouldn’t come back to this store. My last visit was definitely today.

I went to return a pair of sneakers I never wore, well within the 30-day return period, and they refused to accept the return. They sent me to return them directly at the store where I bought them, which is very far from me. Yolandi was extremely unprofessional, even accusing me of having worn the sneakers and cleaned them to try to return them. Terrible customer service.

Amaizin costumer service EVERYTHING is ordered very clean store I got what I m need the security offer to me at the entrance a Burlington shopping car for more convenience. ABSOLUTELY AMAIZIN. DEFINITELY I WILL COME BACK

They rush you and kick you out when its 10.15 pm and they say the store is closing at 10.30 pm when the real closing time is at 11pm. Really bad customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager, Lea. I shop there every single week, yet I’ve never seen her smile or be welcoming. I attempted to return a brand-new pair of shoes I had purchased, as they were too small. Not only did she refuse my return, even though the cashier confirmed the sneakers had clearly never been worn, but her attitude was a mix of arrogance and rudeness that I have never encountered before. I have already contacted corporate and will follow up because it’s unfair that the company could lose customers due to her behavior. My family and I will not be returning. Also, dear Lea, you are required to follow the guidelines and policies of the company. Being courteous doesn’t seem to be something you’re willing to do, but it costs the company both money and reputation. You have absolutely no reason to be rude to the customers when they speak to you in a respectful manner and just asking you to follow your policies.

This place opened on October 27, 2024. To get there you can take the 21 or 7 bus. Burlington is on the 6th floor and you can walk to NE 6 St to go to the elevator.
